Made an appointment through my insurance and I find that I am pleasantly surprised. My first time here and the wait was reasonable. The staff exceptionally professional. I loved my nurse. The office made sure to check my temp as I came through the door and did a great job maintaining social distancing. Will definitely be back. Love being seen by people who look like me and have a professional experience. Keep up the great work!!

The office staff are great. Yes, the waiting time needs a little more work, but it’s worth it because my doctor really takes her time to not only talk to me, but also listens to me and my concerns. You don’t get that anywhere else. Dr. Jolly is awesome! She really listens to her patients and she really tell you the truth about your health; unlike most doctors. So if you want someone that don’t care about your overall health, go right ahead, but I’m staying put!

Great Doctor

Was schedule at 12:45 pm for an annual check up. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours before being called to go to the back area. When I finally made it to the waited an additional 1 hour due to miscommunicate between staff members. Everyone walked pass my room and no one stop to get me or even apologize for the wait. The doctor finally came in she was nice and kind. When I finally finished being seen I had to wait an additional 1 hour to get my referral and discharged papers. I did not leave until 4:30pm. I missed additional hours from work waiting at the doctors office. I will NEVER come back to this facility. Looking for me a new PCP ASAP.

this office will not issue a referral to an elderly woman who slipped and fell that requires orthopedic treatment. Due to her insurance, she is required to get an referral and this office said "they want nothing to do with it" they dont care about their patients.

If anything less than one star they deserve double negative way low stars with the way they treat patients.... What do you not understand about can not afford referrel else where to specialists and left voicemail saying needed to go to er cause don't agree with other hospital I went to their diagnosis. They are of no help not paying them another dime.

11am appointment and it is now 1:58pm and yet to be seen...I had to cancel another appointment as well as have someone pick up my child from school because of this... sorry but there's got to be better management in setting appointments and servicing patients...feel as if my time is of no value to this facility... definitely reporting this #healthcarefail

On the 08/25/2022 I got an appointment to see the doctor at 10:00 am I paid my money 70.00 up front only took my blood pressure check and weighed in I was their until 1:15 pm and still I haven’t seen a doctor I walked out there and only had time to get ready again for work by the time I got home they took my money I’m sooooooo upset

Rude customer service. Waiting time is horrible. Appointments slots are never available. Takes way too long for them to process referrals. Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone to make an appointment.

This is the Dr that I go to,I would not recommend this Dr for anybody else to go to..coz if u got an appointment earlyu want b out of there until at least they close.....so u better make that u don't have no other place to go.......put it this way just don'o ther at all

Horrible patient care and they never return your calls. It's as if we aren't suffering enough. This facility needs to be reported.

If there was anything lower than 1 star definitely this place. Wait time is horrible , I’ve been here for almost 3 hours and nothing. Sorry this place sucks.

I love Dr.Jolly but the wait time is extremely horrible.If I get a 10AM appointment I won’t leave till problaby 3pm.
