They put a brand new roof as well as did many repairs to our old home back in 2017 giving us the confidence to use them once again with our home in Davie That they just completed an entire new roof on. Tiger Team Roofing has handled our roofing needs for our current home and the home that we are in the process of purchasing. They've been above and beyond fantastic both times. They offer reasonable pricing, top notch service, and quality customer care.

Ray, in particular, has been super helpful and he and his team came through for us in a pinch - rearranging schedules to help us meet a last minute insurance requirement and dealing with challenging access issues due to necessary quick turnaround times. Plus I am truly grateful for the extra time Ray took to walk me around our new home when he gave me their estimate to show me things to keep an eye on. The process of removing and installing a new roof is a messy one but they did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard & pool area. The quality of workmanship was very high and I have an eye for detail. The price was decent - in the middle of the 3 quotes we received. Overall I'd definitely recommend.

From the very first meeting with their rep, Brian, to the very last visit from their tech, Marty, the entire project was flawless. The communication from their office staff, Gigi, was excellent! The quality of their work is nothing short of superb. When they removed my old tile roof and left that day, there was not a single piece of debris left behind. When they installed the new roof it was fast, efficient and perfect. Not often that I see such professionalism from building contractors, but this company absolutely sets an example for all companies to follow.

You go on vacation and come home to a massive leak in the ceiling. Whom do you call? Tiger Team. That leak gets you a whole new roof. Whom had the best price? Tiger Team. You end up in an insanely nasty divorce fighting over whether or not you can spend the money to fix the roof. Who 100% has got your back? Uh yeah, that would be Mr. Brian Botting of Tiger Team Roofing.

Hands down the most patient, respectful, and understanding man I have ever had to do business with long term. It took from January '17 when we first called Tiger Team to a divorce judge finally giving me the go ahead to start the roof at the end of 2021. Brian was with me the whole way. He understood the fight and pressure I was under and never waivered on his manners. He felt bad updating the pricing, but the fight just took forever. He even sent people over to do a temporary patch, so I could stop climbing up to the roof myself to put yet another tarp and move 50lb sand bags around while waiting for the legal decision. He's a saint I tell ya!

While I was waiting, my parents needed a new roof as well. I was in no way surprised when Brian got their contract and about 10 other homes on the same street. I saw those Tiger Team trucks for weeks as they went from house to house. Every homeowner happier than the last.

Brian knew I was ordered to sell my home and what constraints I was facing and he helped steer me towards what would help my home sell the fastest. Guess what? He was right! My home sold before the roof was even completed!

Let me also tell you about the team of workers handling tear down and the build. They were like a swarm! Orange shirts everywhere! They got stuff done! Properly. Cleaning up after themselves. This was a full on hands off roof replacement. Can you ask for more? No, you can't, so just call Brian over at Tiger Team Roofing and stop worrying about your roof.

Juan, the Service Technician, had an amazing attention to detail while doing a scheduled inspection, during which he found that a vent pipe sticking out from the roof was actually broken below it, in the attic, something that was not directly visible while inspecting the rooftop. After inspecting the attic and confirming the pipe was broken, he fixed the issue right away. I'd like to thank Juan for being very professional, attentive and polite during the whole service experience. I'd also like to thank Ray, the Service Manager, who was very responsive, and equally attentive and polite while coordinating the job.

My wife and i are retired senior citizens, and i am a 100% disabled veteran with anxieties. I had for estimates in August od 2022, and went with Tiger Team. We payed this 100%, and it was very stressful for me. It takes around 6 to 8 months to get the supplies, but, once they started, it took less than 3 weeks to complete, except the city permit, which should be less than 1 month. I can honestly say, Gigi basically took my hand, and relaxed me during the final months. Everything went, just as she took the time to explain to me. Because of Gigi, and, the workers that came to my house during this, were very polite, and hard working...we feed the whole crew pizza and soda the times they were hear all day. People drove by and were telling us how nice the roof works, and how fast they did each step. I could not have been this excited, if Gigi would not have been my contact these past few months. An outstanding and caring person, even while she is busy. Just dont expect much the first 3 or 4 months while in waiting mode.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tiger Team Roofing to replace our roof. From start to finish, the experience was brilliant. The Tiger Team crew was nice, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves each day.

You may save yourself a couple of dollars if you choose another company. However, you get what you pay for. Tiger Team Roofing is an A+++++ company. Kevin came and gave me an accurate estimate. The team is amazing. In one day, they had taken off the old tiles and changed the wood that needed to be changed. The next day, they had the roof sealed so that it was waterproof. My tiles arrived according to the planned schedule. In one day, they had the tiles installed. They took care of the permits with the city of Weston. Anything they committed to do, they did. In addition to having a great team, the back office communicated frequently and accurately to keep me apprised as to what would be happening when. Gigi did an incredible job. Highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof job. Anyone that lives in south Florida is probably aware of how difficult it can be to hire a company that actually returns calls or shows up.

From day one, I couldn't be more satisfied with Tiger Team. Brian, my foreman, was responsive to my concerns, returned calls, emails, texts, everything. GiGi at the office had me up to date and informed on every step of the process from tear off to final inspection. Calls and emails were made/sent to let me know tear off, supply delivery, dry in, tile delivery, install, inspections and final paperwork. Not only was I well informed, every step was made on time and in a professional manner.

The roof crew had my old roof torn off and had the tar paper laid in one day. Impressive to watch them work with such efficacy. Extra care and layers are added in the valleys to insure no problems come up in this area. TileSeal was then put down for another water barrier. Tile was then put down and mortar added. my roof looks amazing. The team cleaned my property no less than three times, it could have been more to be honest. I only observed them the three times. My roof has been completed for 2 weeks and I haven't found a single piece of debris that wasn't picked up yet.

Not only did Brian and his team meet the benchmarks, they actually finished the whole job before the initial time frame was given. THEY FINISHED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! I will be recommending Tiger Team to everyone that I know that need a new roof. See you in 30 years Tiger Team. Thank you

It takes a lot for me to write a positive review, and this company has restored my faith in the service industry. They treat you the way you want to be treated, from start to finish. The best company in the business. We used Tiger to replace our roof about 5 years ago. Their service has always above and beyond . From the start to finish was smooth and efficient. The roof came out beautiful. We recently found a small leak near the garage. I called the company. Not like other roofing company, the girl at the office quickly scheduled the manager Ray Clark to come out the next day to inspect the roof. Ray has excellent communication. He even came earlier than the schedule. He updated us with everything he found with photos and explained in details. Then, he quickly scheduled his team to come out in the afternoon to get the repair completed and done immediately. Wow !!! What a service! True white glove service from Tiger roofing in general but from the service manager Ray in specific. We do really need more company like Tiger roofing in SF. I highly recommend them and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. Just simply excellent in all way!

Amazing, honest, punctual team. I got weekly updates from Christine as to the status of our roofing permit. Once the construction started, Gigi sent an email of the timeline for everything and also updated me multiple times during the process.

The crew was polite and they did the job FAST and efficiently. We got multiple compliments from our neighbors as to how quickly the roof was done and how amazing it looks. They cleaned perfectly as well.

Tiger Team Ruffing are the Rolls Royce of the roofing business. Got new roof with them and am more than happy. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. Very well organized and efficient in every point of the process. Highly recommend them - don't try to save money with mediocre roofers.

We just replaced our roof with a new metal roof system. Tiger Team was amazing from start to finish. Gary the owner personally handles any issues, and his staff (Gigi) were on top of everything and made sure the job ran smoothly. They cut the metal panels onsite, and showed a true knowledge working with metal roofs.
