hey! just a suggestion... but you should start a shane justin but for millennials in Gen Z ! (ages 17-20) same logo just with the M added maybe ? you already have a fan base from my age group and honestly speaking as a 17 y/o female some of your clothes are overdressed for the type of events i go to, even with my prettiest friends 😂😩 we’re not in the clubs or high profile locations just yet.

They gave me a beautiful dress but they do work super last minute with all of their prom orders. I got my prom dress the morning of prom and because of this I was extremely stressed but the staff was very helpful.

I was not in love with my dress at all they told me my dress was made but not ready for a fitting in the beginning of may and when I finally got an appointment for the fitting the dress still was being sewn in the back and when they brought it to me it was still not complete with my prom being in a weeks. one of the staff said she would call me the week of prom to pick up my dress which she did not do I finally called her Wednesday with my prom being Friday and she told me to come Thursday at 1:00 which I explained to her I had my prom nail appointment and I was leaving early from work and she told me OK. On Thursday when I came in for my dress she told me it was not ready. she did not have the decency to call and let me know to not come because it was not ready then i ended up missing my nail appointment. They told me to come back at 6:30 that day and I did. The dress was entirely to big on me despite her sizing and measuring my body with the unfinished dress The diamonds were falling off and I was completely stressed out they told me to come back tomorrow morning at 12:00 on the day of prom which i told her I had an appointment at 1:00 for my hair which i knew I would miss dealing with them. The day of prom i tried on my dress and i was still unhappy but at that point there was nothing I could do because my prom was in a couple of hours. The diamonds kept falling of while I was there and they kept having to bring it back and fix it. the dress cost 1,250 and I was paying it all by myself. I felt like his work was worth the money and this is something I was planning with him since October when I put my deposit down. I loved his work and followed him since 8th grade because I wanted HIM to do my dress. In no way am I trying to degrade him but I do feel as if there was a huge communication issue and a major customer service problem my mother waited to speak with him that day and left out the back without saying a word.

I ordered two outfits in December still no tracking info and no received package. Called office stated they do not have item anymore asked for refund they stated they would provide it and nothing was ever sent. Emailed them about 100 times no response. Customer service sucks bad business would never order from them again and still haven’t received my refund like somebody got free money to give out.
