Best service ever. I bought my first car like a month ago. The car had a bad engine. I went to above automotive and the helped really good. I just bought a new car and I will bring it to them so that they can give me a check on the new car. I recommend 💯!

Where to start.. if I could give 100 stars I would. these people literally put the C in Customer Service. family owned, and family run. quality work and quality parts at a fair price, what more could you ask for from a automotive service center. I run a driving school, so my cars have to be perfect, especially Teaching Beacon college kiddos, who are on the spectrum and learn different. You can truly see the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Walt Senior and his three sons are top-notch mechanics and they truly care about customers, they don’t see you as a $, they see you as a person, they’re not trying to make a fast buck. They’re trying to earn a customer for life and they do it very well by focusing on their customers and their needs and letting everything else fall into place. thank you, Mr. Walt sr. thank you, Walt Jr. thank you Joshua, thank you Anthony, and I have to say it, behind Good men is always a great woman, Miss, Samantha, who holds it all together in the office. I’m so glad I had a flat tire a few days back and I nursed my car into their parking lot. today last minute, and towards the end of the day they rearranged things and got my car in ASAP for a rear brake job, heading out within the hour. change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change. God wanted me to go to that parking lot a few days back is why I had the flat. picking up a screw in the tire, it led me to a fantastic automotive shop with skilled professional people. Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
I came to these guys in what seemed to be the depths of despair, after having someone else misdiagnose my car and paying for repairs that weren't needed and weren't done correctly. Walter was extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation and he and his crew took their time to properly diagnose and fix my car. They didn't try to upsell me, or tell me that there was more wrong with my car than what there was. After months of having anxiety Everytime I drove somewhere. I now have confidence and peace of mind in my car again. It was also a breath of fresh air to not be talked down to, just because I'm a woman. They treated me with dignity and respect and I will forever bring this car and any future vehicles to them. I can't recommend them enough!

I'm trusting this shop with all my mechanical needs on my 1985 corvette. Though I had a electrical problem come to find out it was just a new faulty alternator. They tested and found the problems like professionals and was reasonably priced with parts and labor.

I stopped in today because my engine light came on after getting my oil changed (somewhere else). Walter quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on with my car, fixed it and I was on my way. I can say that Walter was polite and friendly, and didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciate. If our cars have any problems in the future, I would definitely take it back to Above Automotive. I have a 2011 BMW, and not only do they have extensive knowledge on my vehicle, I know they continue to save me a significant amount of money. They have sucessfully completed some major repairs on my car and I couldn't be happier with their customer service, honesty, and the time they take to communicate the issue with me so that I understand and feel confident in the proposed repairs. My car is always returned to me in a timely manner and just as clean as when I brought it in. As far as I'm concerned, I'll be a customer for life and will continue to highly recommend this shop!

I am new to the area and was really worried about someone taking care of a major issue with my vehicle. From the moment that I called them on the phone till the moment they handed back my keys I got nothing but five star service. From the mechanic breaking down everything that they were going to do to the car to the receptionist who had to deal with my idol chit chat while trying to work. I was completely blown away how courteous and considerate these people were. If you have any issues with your vehicle please save yourself pain and heartache and come on down to above automotive where they can go above and beyond for you!

I had an alternator failure in April 2018 during an emergency visit in Leesburg. Above Automotive was the nearest shop to where the failure occurred. The lot was full of cars and they were obviously very busy. Graciously, they squeezed me in, immediately ordered the part, charged a fair price, and had me back on the road within 3 hours .

I had forgotten about the repair and experience at Above Automotive until just yesterday when the alternator failed again while traveling out of state. I was about to go buy another alternator when I remembered that I had this job done a couple years ago. I searched for the shop that I remembered doing the job, Above Automotive, and gave them a call.
Walter answered and again was very gracious to check his records and find the event. He called me back within a few minutes and verified that the part had a lifetime warranty under his shop name. Long story short, I was able to got to a parts store out of state and make a warranty exchange because Walter was willing take the time to help a previous customer that he may never see again as i don't live near Leesburg.

This is the kind of shop I would want to have service my vehicle if I did live nearby. Thank you two times now Walter and the team at Above Automotive. Bud Goodwin

From what I can gather it is a family owned and operated business, very reasonable and stays in full contact every step of the repair process. I would highly recommend for any of your repair needs! In my opinion honesty and integrity of the owner is great, may not be what you want to hear yet honesty is the best policy. Five stars all the way, this would be my third time here to include my wife's vehicl.

I can't say enough about the honesty of these guys. I've been here a few times before with a prior car, but it's been a few years. Today I went as my car was making a vibration noise after Action Gator installed a new alternator. Action Gator said it was my tensioner, replaced it at $200, and the noise remained. They were ready to replace the alternator again (a 3rd time). I took it to Above Auto a few days ago, and they couldn't hear the noise initially so returned the car without a charge. I took it back today as it was more prominent, and within 5 minutes, the son of the owner laid under the car in the parking lot, noticed the ac compressor bolt was loose, and tightened it at no charge. I was driving away with a noise free car after 5 minutes. I cannot express my relief and gratitude after what has been an on-going nightmare for a week now with 2 prior mechanics. I can't recommend them enough. They've been doing this forever and know their shi*!

I've gotten quite a bit of work done here, and if you're looking for fair pricing and HONEST mechanics that do great work, this is where you want to go! It's an hour drive away from me now that I moved, but I still take my car here because it's worth it. Thanks to everyone who works here for being so awesome! Walt, you've been a life saver!

I have brought 3 different vehicles to Walter and he fixed them all. The interesting thing is the vehicles were all completely different. A '72 Monte Carlo, a "98 Mustang Cobra and a 2011 Ford F150. His prices are fair and they get the work done fast and right.
