Firehouse Subs Leesburg

Best sandwich I've had anywhere in a long time. The bread was excellent and helped make the sandwich. Just passing thru, but I would come back if I could.

The staff is great at this location! They keep you informed on how long the wait will be for your food. They also smile, have fun, and have a good time with their customers!

Got to firehouse a little early, before opening time. Instead of turning us away, the manager (or owner, not sure) opened up early and served us. On top of that, we were given a free drink (on duty EMS). Food was tasty and fresh, and facility was clean. Nice to see a fire department themed place take care of their own in emergency services.

Que was absolutely amazing. Her customer service is beyond awesome. She’s very attentive to detail. She brightened up my day!

Typically this place is fantastic. Usually friendly staff who greet everyone when they enter. Food is always good. Unfortunately today no greeting for anyone entering. Cashier was rude, and tried to overcharge for my hook and ladder salad by charging for the meat that already comes with it. Even after pointing it out she actually was not only rude but got an attitude.
Not Typical service for this store.

For lunchtime rush, great experience. The line ladies were in such good spirits. I appreciated that they seemed to love what they do!

I had my wife on the phone taking her birthday order, and the girls in the morning crew busted out with a happy birthday song for her.

It was genuinely touching.

Very thankful for the staff at the Leesburg location. I had a lower balance in my bank account than I thought ( due to a earlier fraudulent transaction unrelated) that I didnt catch. The cashier taking my order informed me that my card wouldn't go through. I apologized and took a seat with my co workers for the lunch break. Long story short my sub was made and the staff said to take it and enjoy my meal. Thank you all very much. It was my first time ever eating at a firehouse subs establishment. I will gladly go again and pass this forward. Great and friendly staff thank you again.

I called in my order today and everything was made correctly, the place looks very very clean. They had me in and out quick as well. The lady was wraping my sandwich up as I walked in. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much. My lunch really hit the spot.

Came in 10 mins before closing and the guy at the register rang me up quickly with a smile and they got my order done quick and precise.. Forgot my pickle but that’s ok lol. Will be back but next time before closing.

I have to give a review. I ordered a meatball with extra cheese and mushrooms, I've ordered many times from here, Leesburg, but this time, OMG!!!! Excellent!!! They know how to make subs!!!! And the girls are so super friendly! Great service and great food!!!!

This is a great place for a tasty but inexpensive lunch. They offer something called the firemens special which is a great deal for two- includes a large sub to share, 2 drinks and either 2 chips or 2 cookies, all for around $13. Staff is very friendly and cares about cleanliness and quality, and your lunch arrives pretty quickly. We visit there quite regularly.

Food was great as usual, but the reason I keep coming back is the service. They are very polite and make you feel welcome as soon as you enter the establishment. Gary, The guy who served me was very respectful and made sure me and my wife left with a smile

When you hear "Welcome to Firehouse", get ready to chose from a big selection of cold or warm subs. Choice of bread and toppings. Friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. Good amount of seating area though they do a high volume of take out.

They are always friendly. By far my favorite firehouse subs to go to. There is a young man there who always makes my subs perfect and I feel bad that I can not remember his name but if this gets back to him he will know :) keep up the great work!!

I got the turkey and ham sandwich "hook" something I can't remember but it was very good! I highly recommend!!!

Always a good meal. It's better than the fast food places nearby.

Excellent service, food quality, and restaurant presentation. The staff are energetic and sincerely interested in your experience. Food is great as well as the pricing. You can't go wrong.
