I’ve been having a problem with my son’s Medicaid. Thankfully, I got in touch with Jermaine. He was hilarious, thorough, and very patient. He’s the best DCF agent I’ve come across. If you’re reading this, Jermaine, you are a God send! Keep up the phenomenal work!

In October 2022, my family came to Florida under the U4U program from Ukraine, where the war is now going on. I had to apply to the Department of Children and Families for the appropriate benefits and most importantly Medicaid. Like all refugees from Ukraine, I faced terrible bureaucracy. At first I applied to the Department of Children and Families on Opa-locka, but after two months my case was closed to me. Redirected to This Department of Children and Families on 3758 W Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale. I have already given up hope of any help. But in December 2022 I was helped by a charming and kind inspector named Tina! I am grateful to this girl for her competence and kindness! She got to the bottom of my situation very quickly. And a day later she resumed my case. My family received benefits and medical insurance (Medicaid)! I give this Department 5 stars and ask Supervisor to appreciate employees like TINA! Thank you! If you need help, look for Tina! She is the best!!!

Today I went to this place , and was a complete pleasure starting with the security guy super respectful and loyal, and rest inside the office thank you very much for your help .100%satisfy psd Now they have different staff. Blessing

Help, I need to eat healthy food it is a necessary living necessity. The food banks food is expired and makes me sick. Please help their killing poor people with precision and covering it up deceitfully, fraudulently and unconstitutionally

Today before calling for my over the phone interview, I was llike ughhhh I'm about to end up with a miserable person that will sound super judgmental about my situation but I spoke with Larkita (i hope i'm spelling it right) but she was so pleasant, bubbly, and understanding. She even gave me tips on how to handle a Doctor bill that was sent to me directly vs my medicaid. I even told her she was the most pleasant person I've ever spoken with there. Keep that same energy sis, It really makes a difference in someones day.

They provide a much needed service and the staff are genuinely caring despite. Sometimes they may not be able to spend the amount of time with their clients due to their caseload or workload demands which doesn't mean they don't care.

New food stamps and Medicaid office in Broward County. Short wait times. Located at the rear of shopping center where Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell are located. Turn in to shopping center where Advanced Auto Parts store is locate. Drive all the way back. Located on the right, next to 99 cent store. Office faces some townhomes. No big sign or anything.

Very quick I wasn't on hold for no more than 3 min and got everything done

Less crowded if you go before noon.

This year better than the last time coronavirus has been secure with knowing the Covid-9

Working with people that are willing to go over and beyond to assistant you and help in anyway that they can.
