The reviews criticizing the ladies at the front desk are people being overly sensitive. Julie and Sylvia are great but possibly a little rough around the edges.

I will never use another dentist or dental office. My teeth are beautiful and the dentists are so professional, compassionate and caring. I was afraid of having dental work for years and now it is never a problem or concern. I recommend Total Dental Care to my closest friends and of course my adult children. So grateful for Dr Hernandez! She is the best dentist I have ever seen!

I've been pleased with the quality and care that I received at Total Care - on University in Sunrise. I've had crowns, a wisdom tooth, and will soon do whitening there. I did read one negative review and honestly am scratching my head because my experience was positive - small administrative things can go awry in any business, and we still need to respect each other and be kind. I like the personalities of the team at Total Care and appreciate that the front desk is assertive (engaging! ) because they are also informative and get me in and out efficiently - and you can tell that everyone at the office is inherently kind and concerned about patient outcomes. What's most important? PAIN - and when they took out my wisdom tooth, it was smooth, quick, and I actually needed no painkiller after. What's next most important? MONEY - and the prices belie the high care standard. My name is Brant, in case Google hides my identity, and I drive down from Coral Springs to have dental work done here.

I had a bridge put in on April of 2020 and the Initial cost was 3500 so I paid 2k in 2018 ,then I came back one year and half later and they honored my dental plan I.E in the 2020year .with remaining balance of 1500 .when I tell you they did an amazing job !!! and they are willing to work with you money wise!!!!

Fantastic dentist Dr. Hernandez, the staff Sylvia was so knowledgeable and kind. Had much pain and they took care of me during the Pandemic. Super clean and disinfectant office ever. Will recommend this office always.

This was my first visit to the Total Care Dental center. Dr. Hernandez was really helpful. She explained very thoroughly the procedure as we were getting started and minimized my fears. I am usually very anxious when I step into a dentists office, but Dr. Hernandez really made me feel comfortable. From start to finish this was a top notch experience from the second the staff greeted to me, to the moment Dr. Hernandez walked me out. You can rely on Dr. Hernandez and her staff for the utmost professionalism and courtesy to be given to you and yours.
