We stopped by quickly to watch the sunset and were not disappointed. Fort Myers Beach was hit so hard by Hurricane Ian and has managed to stay strong and open the tourist areas back up quickly. So good to see!

Beautiful soft sand! Very close to bars and restaurants. We loved the beach and atmosphere! There were public bathrooms very close to where we were on the beach. I would recommend going early to find a parking place near the beach. The daily price ranged from $10 to $25.

Nice clean beach. The portable bathrooms are full sized mobile bathrooms. They were clean also. Nice relaxing time on the beach. Lots of shells during the low tide.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Fort Myers area. Since the hurricane, some cleanup has happened in the past year and a half as of this month, March 2 024. Hurricane happened in fall of 2022. It was devastating, and I stopped by a month after it happened. Completely torn apart and wiped out. Since that time a lot of building has been going on, and the area is recovering well! Still some beautiful shops and restaurants in the area and a very clean white powdery Sandy beach! Cannot wait until the pier gets rebuilt!

Great place to watch the sunset. If you are lucky enough to see the pirate ship in front of the sun as it goes down, it makes for great photos.

Fort Myers Beach is slowly recovering from Hurricaine Ian. Lynn Hall Beach Park was severely damaged, but is still a lovely place to visit! Expect to be humbled by the power of Mother Nature and the resilience of the people here.

Stunning! The sand is so soft, the water is so warm, the shells are so beautiful. We didn’t see any storm debris on the beach, we were easily able to park in the lot in the morning. No bathrooms or changing areas/showers or rinse stations yet. But, There was a man walking along the beach playing a tuba..

Considering that the whole Beach looks like a nuclear bomb went off, I think they are doing great. There are many food trucks and booths set up for food and drink. Stores are open even though there's no electricity. FMB proud

Awesome beach! Kid friendly, good waves, shallow beach. Recommend getting there early (before 10 am) to get good parking and beach spot. Traffic is heavy in afternoon/evening. Bathrooms were down for renovations, but portable bathrooms are available.

I love this Beach pier. Worth the Trip for the experience alone!!! Time square has a vast array of restaurants, entertainment, and restaurants with entertainment.

The fascinating thing is how so many people gather just for the sunsets! Romance is seen throughout the sundowning timeframe. I see what the magical sunsets do to people!!!

Cuddling, walking hand in hand, slower than normal pace engaged in deep focused conversation, gazing with arms wrapped around one another or embraced by one. Comforting to see!!!

I fell in love with Fort Myers Beach the first time I laid eyes on it. There was just that certain something that made it feel like home. It's charming and quaint, not overly "touristy". It's the perfect paradise for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

My wife and I brought our 3 kids and nephew, ages 8, 9, 12 and 13 and we all had a fantastic time! Had a great lunch at Pierside grill and famous blowfish bar! Great staff and very accommodating to our kids. Had a great time shopping in all the little stores on the strip! Spent a little time in the ocean before the rain started which was fine because it is a little on the smelly side down on the beach! Overall a great place to spend a day! It would also be fun without the kids!!
