I am the lucky one to have found Lucky Cat Computers! I showed up to Nate completely beside myself with a half assembled MESS of a custom gaming build a friend helped me with. Needless to say, everything was done wrong and I needed major help! Nate not only salvaged my build, he rebuilt it from top to bottom to absolute perfection! I can’t speak highly enough of Nate and his team. Nate’s expertise is evident in the quality of his work, and his incredible knowledge of all things PC. He handled my components with the utmost care and respect and provided me with regular updates on his progress. He also ran ample testing to make sure all of my components functioned properly and came out to my residence to do a full set up for me! I am SO grateful for Nate and Lucky Cat. I will be back for all of my PC needs in the future and I can assure you, no one else aside for Nate and team will ever touch a custom build of mine again! Thank the lord for Nate! I had him build a computer for my church, and he put together a masterpiece! It runs all the software we use with zero issue, projects out to 7 screens throughout the church flawlessly and still has power left over to do even more. The best computer we ever had in our building. And the technical support is unmatched, had a minor issue, dropped off the computer and he got it back to me just in time we didn’t even miss a church service. I had to change his name in my phone to “Nate The Great” I would highly recommend!

10 out of 10 wood recommend Nate was really cool and helping me determine what type of set up would best suit me. He gave me exactly what I had in mind when I described what I would like the PC to look like. It was very helpful overtext messages giving me updates along The Way of the process. He explained and went over everything for me when I arrived at his house. Most importantly i'm super satisfied and everything was Handled very very fast.

He really blew my expectations out of the park. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful while getting parts. All around great experience and 11/10 would recommend to anyone.

Where do I start with Nate… I needed a new computer for mainly work but also gaming. But I am an apple user and very new to PC. He educated me on the device and helped me with set up over video call. When I ran into issues he helped me there as well. 11/10 service. Very satisfied. Would recommend.

Let me preference this by saying first of all: I am no builder in any way shape or form!

I had gotten all my pc parts that I wanted within the build online but when it came down to putting it together, their was a lot of things I was not aware of, after many many hours of attempting to put the pc together myself, I gave up and went to google ! going on google i found the lucky cat buisness, Nate was kind enough to help me with the build! At first i was alittle bit worried and skeptical because a few months ago I had gotten scammed regarding a gaming pc I had wanted, so it’s definitely difficult to trust someone especially when something like that happends however Nate was awesome at answering any questions I had, and not only that explaining the process of it all aswell keeping me updated with photos and videos of how things are going or how something works and also completely 100% professional, if you are on the fence about someone building a pc for you worried they may hurt the parts in anyway, do not hesitate with lucky hat and I mean that with all my heart ! Nate overall put together the pc for me cable managed and installed all the drivers and aswell fixed my overheating gpu on top of that and at a great price overall, 100% reliable and trustable !

So overall please do not hesitate in booking a with lucky cat I am so thankful ! Also over the moon with everything so far ! I cannot thank Nate enough

This was my first time getting a custom built PC and it was such an amazing experience! Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly I needed for what games I wanted to run! He was very thorough and explained everything! Super quick turnaround as well!! I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new PC!! You will not be disappointed!

I'm really happy with my decision to get my PC fixed at Lucky Cat. Nate made the whole process really easy, answered all my questions, and made me feel really comfortable with handing over my PC for repair. Nathaniel is extremely helpful and professional! He helped me pick out my parts and built my pc. He also answered all my questions in a timely manner.
