They have always been there for me. Had a micro burst (tornado) rip my porch off throwing it onto my house roof. They were very thorough in getting everything paid and closed when the job was completed.

I have been with a couple insurance agencies before, Progressive & Geico mainly. I’ve always just felt like a number when speaking to them, not really a person. I also didn’t even really understand what my coverage was. I called Allstate out of curiosity, and Huey was the agent I spoke to. He was incredibly polite, transparent, helpful, & professional. I don’t really understand a lot about car insurance, and he walked me through some of the ins & outs and answered my questions, happy to do so. I wasn’t rushed off the phone and I didn’t just feel like another number. This was clearly someone who cared about his work and was very knowledgeable. I am now HAPPILY insured by Allstate with better coverage (and more informed) than ever. If you’re thinking about switching to Allstate, which you should, call Huey!!!

Dealing with my mom's estate has been stressful. Then I find out her homeowners insurance had been cancelled due to returned mail. Allstate has treated me very fair ever since I change insurance companies. I have no plans on changing and will stay with Allstate.
