Do not buy a home from American Dreamfinders! They are so dishonest and dishonorable. I am a 100% disabled veteran with a 9 year old, 2 year old, and 11 month old. We saved and were buying our first new home for our family. We were told by their sales representative Christian Skoryna before we signed a contract that our new home would have certain flooring. We have it in writing and witnesses. After we engaged in a contract our new flooring was totally wrong and they said they could not fix it but we could be released from our down payment and contract so we signed a new one with another builder. We have witnesses hearing Christian say this and emails saying he was wrong and we will get our money back. Well they then say we cannot get our money back. They stole $5,000 from a disabled veteran with 3 young children buying their first home. My entire family and I are so disgusted with their behavior. My realtor in is 20 plus years says he has never experienced something like this. All we want is our money back. We were under contract less than a month when their mistake was noticed because they gave us the wrong schematics and they said we could have our money back. If I do not hear back from them I will see them in court and I suggest all wronged by them do the same because if they will rob a disabled veteran buying his first home with 3 small children, they will do it to anyone. Lies and broken promises. Warranty not honored. Promised only 3 phases for our small amenities center, now we're at 4 phases. One small playground, one small pool, drainage problems at every house in the community.

I've been by to see the homes it look beautiful but as far when I spoke to the home owners if they were satisfied with the homes most had issue they have reached out to the warranty department and have told some it normal wear and tear which are not. others haven't heard anything from that department. Closing day has been constantly pushed back so much that ppl lost money... its just a sad sad sad thing and upsetting
