Dr. Heron never has rushed my appointment, he listens to my questions and concerns and is detailed with his responses. I am very comfortable with him and confident with his practice. He also has a very pleasant staff.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. HERON'S FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF YEARS. I HAVE HAD CANCER A NUMBER OF TIMES (12) AND HE, AND HIS OFFICE STAFF, HAVE BEEN QUITE RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. WHENEVER I NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE. WHEN I WAS AT A WALK-IN-MEDICAL CENTER WAITING FOR TRANSPORT TO JFK HOSPITAL, DR. HERON SHOWED UP AND THE WALK-IN CENTER TO CHECK UP ON ME AND HELP FACILITATE THE TRANSFER TO THE HOSPITAL. THEN AT THE HOSPITAL, LATER IN THE DAY, HE AGAIN SHOWED UP TO CHECK UP ON ME. HE CONTINUED TO DO THAT EACH DAY I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEN CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK UP ON ME.

JUST A NOTE, I WAS IN PRACTICE FOR MANY YEARS AND TAUGHT OFFICE PROCEDURE, CODING, DOCUMENTATION, AND IMPAIRMENT AND DISABILITY RATING. I WAS PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL SOCIETY, STATE ASSOCIATION, AND STATE BOARD. THE REASON I AM NOTING THIS IS TO LET YOU KNOW HOW IMPRESSED I WAS WITH DR. HERON AND HIS STAFF.

Excellent and knowledgeable physician. Concerned about his patients and spends as much time as necessary with you. He is readily accessible by phone, text, or email. Note that this is a concierge practice.

Dr Heron is an excellent physician. He’s an excellent diagnostician and compassionate man. He has always attended me and my husband whenever we called. He will either talk to us by phone or suggest we come in.
His staff is responsive and alert.

Dr heron is a great doctor and always there when u need him. His office is very professional and clean and in all honesty i've never even needed to sit in the waiting room because he ALWAYS sees you on time. His credentials are rock solid and his knowledge and compassion are top notch as well. Also there is a Lab right downstairs so if need test, etc it's very convenient and he's right at JFK hospital, which i havent had to need to use but knowing Dr Heron and his affiliation is very comforting if/when i need it.

It is always a good experience.
