Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moultrie, an IHG Hotel

The hot breakfast was really good, and they kept bringing it out until breakfast time was over. I accidentally left my suit hanging up in the room when I left. When I called a few hours later, they already had it held for me. My kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Overall, it was a great experience!

I would like to individually review a representative of hotel:

I have worked in customer service at desirable resorts from Breckenridge CO to the Outer Banks North Carolina.
I personally cannot remember the last time I have experienced The attentiveness, The kindness even (when inconvenienced), and the willingness to help.
I don't believe he can help himself, I believe he's just a good man and an excellent customer service representative. HE DESERVES A RAISE.

I will say that the fact that our room keys will not allow us into the pool area is not of his fault by any sense.
The sauna needs an upgrade, If you are not sweating within 30 minutes
something is wrong.
The hot tub needs a cover when no one's using it physics demands conservation of heat.
I heard guests complaining about the fact that it was not hot, detering me from getting inside.
Overall I give you guys a great review, because of your front of house, And I am hoping you will assess these inconveniences.

My mother was in the hospital in Moultrie. I had to return to sit with her and tend to her for 9 days. The staff is lead by a young lady named Ora. Misty worked in the evening and always had a smile as well. She is so kind, always with a smile. My room was always clean, well stocked and cool, which is saying something is South Georgia. Amber made sure I had towels, coffee and water in my room. Thank you ladies for all that you do. It helped take some weight off of the situation so much.

I recieved great customer service during check in and check out. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy. I enjoyed my one night stay and slept very comfortably. The continental breakfast was great. I was one of many guests at the hotel this day because there was hardly any seating in the dining area and several food items had run out so it was a wait on a few. I would recommend beating the crowd if you are interested in the breakfast that is offered.

The most impressive thing about the hotel was Miss Ora at the front desk. I had an issue with my reservation and she bent over backwards to accommodate. She was so sweet and kind even in the most frustrating circumstances. Overall, the hotel was in a great location - very clean - family friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Bed was very comfy, room was clean, breakfast was very yummy. The hot tub jets were very strong and amazing, I was able to relax in the hot tub.

Great hotel, especially in a town with limited choices. We were greeted warmly and offered fresh cookies! Yum! The room was clean and the extra pillows we requested were on or bed. Breakfast was wonderful! They have a great selection of food! Check out was a breeze! We also enjoyed their indoor pool! It was very nice! My little one had a blast!

I've been here for most of the past 9 months.
The accommodations are large and comfortable, clean, and orderly.
Front desk staff is wonderful -- the manager in particular -- since the beginning.
They have made do with the hassles of the CoVid problem.
The indoor pool is nice, usually quiet, and the hot tub is marvelous. Sauna is a nice touch, too.

I have a choice of many hotels in this area, but I can rely on HIE in Moultrie.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were very spacious and the housekeepers we amazing. The manager Ora was awesome. She handled an issue we had with a very rude guest at the pool and refunded me for that night. Very clean and the continental breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay here the next time we come to this area.

I stayed at this IHG property on the weekend of 11/19-21/2021.
Check-in was a breeze, greeted by clerk. I can't remember having a smoother check-in anywhere else.

I had an issue during my stay. However, once the GM Mrs. Ora was made aware of my concern. She immediately addressed and resolved.

I was very pleased with the level of customer service from Mrs. Ora, the only commit I could make was "I'm happy" the next time a stay in Moultrie, GA, without a doubt I'll stay at Holiday Inn express.

The front desk staff was nice and quick to book me into a room. They always welcomed me with a smile and a hello when I walked in. The room was exactly what you paid for. The beds were very soft and clean. I've traveled a lot and in none of the places that I've stayed has there been an AC unit that actually works so thumbs up to holiday inn for that. It was an overall great experience.

Very nice experience! Staff is very friendly. I believe her name was Amy, but she was very sweet to us. Room was great and I always get the best sleep in Holiday Inn beds! Breakfast options were wonderful. Pool was amazing! It was heated! Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of middle school/high schoolers and their families. When we asked if we could have a place to order dinner eat all together, they did not even bat an eye and gave us a space to use in the hotel breakfast room. We were there all evening and the kids had such fun and we were able to visit and spread out. The staff was amazingly kind and hospitable anytime we had a question during our stay. They never seemed put out with anything we asked.
The pool was small but clean and there was even a hot tub and sauna in the facility!! We got a suite with two queen beds and the room was a good size. Nice to have a sofa and chair and two TVs and the beds were soo nice. The pillows were great. I usually bring mine from home but had forgotten to, and it was not a problem. I was concerned that the hotel was on a busy road, but we put the AC on continual fan and I never heard any traffic.
The breakfast had SO much variety! Pancakes, cinnabon, cereals, yogurt (many kinds) granola, nuts, cereal, omelets, sausage, baked goods, breads, biscuits, gravy, fruit. It was really an amazing array of choices and food. It was very well stocked and even though it ended at 9:30, it was still well stocked at 9:25. The coffee was good for hotel coffee. Mostly, I can not tell you enough how sweet and kind every staff member was from housekeeping to manager to front desk all over. They were just so hospitable. The room itself was pretty clean, could have used some vacuuming in the corners and in the chairs/sofa. But for the price, and it's really the only thing negative I have to say. Bathroom was clean. Thank you THANK you to the staff at Holiday Inn. Our archery team will gladly return to stay with you all again. Blessings to you.

Manager was nice and courteous, she was even super friendly this morning after having a long day yesterday. The hotel was fairly, but still maintained a good level of cleanliness. I would stay here again, gladly.

This Holiday Inn had the most comfortable matress I've slept on at a hotel in a while. Very quiet location. Only negative I'd say is if you have skin sensitivities, be cautious with the provided body products. The lotion caused me to break out. Overall, the breakfast was good and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

I went through all the travel sites looking for the best rate I could get. This hotel was way underrated in my opinion, and I am hard to please! The hotel looks like its less than a year old. The grounds and parking lot outside are clean and well groomed. The hotels interior is clean and inviting. The staff demonstrated good Southern Hospitality The rooms are beautifully laid out. The bathrooms are clean and well presented. The room provides all the necessary amenities, Fridge, Microwave, large screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, laundry service. The free breakfast was great, freshly made omelets, fresh bagels and bread, sausage, pastries, milk, juice, coffee, cereal, with all the extras. I got a good nights sleep, took a nice clean hot shower, ate a wonderful complimentary breakfast. Furthermore, and most importantly, no unwanted pest. I mean bugs and rodents, not your spouse, children. mother in-law, or other irritating family member.

Very quiet hotel. You couldn't even hear the traffic on the main road. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were quick to respond with helpful tips about getting around all of the construction. The room was a spacious room with areas to spread out. The pool is indoors, so no worries about bad weather. I would highly recommend this location!

A great experience! Usually, my experience with hotel staff is businesslike. This staff went the extra mile, engaged me in any help I needed, and made my stay absolutely pleasant. The room was first rate. The bed was the best hotel bed I ever experienced. I know that Moultrie's agricultural exposition is probably why there is a hotel of that size locatex there, but I was grateful for the way it housed me. It gets my find star rating, without reservation!

Awesome stay... front desk and manager was very friendly... refunded my sis in law 1 night of our stay due to issues with non guests of the hotel. We were here to visit with family and celebrate my mother’s 69th Birthday with her sisters who live in town that she hasn’t seen in over 6-7 years.. will definitely stay here again on my next visit back to the area. breakfast was awesome as well with many choices n hot food
