Let me just say this store is the perfect example of what a store should look like when your employees actually care, I will go one step further by saying that Shirley in appliances is one of the most caring people. Our oven when out and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with a stove. Highly recommend this location and if you happen to need appliances please give her a shout. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at this location where the employees went above and beyond to help me leave satisfied. After purchasing a dishwasher that was delivered and installing it myself, I realized that the inside of the tub had a dent with the damage camouflaged from the outside. I would have ignored it, but the bottom jet couldn't even spin, so I knew it needed to be returned.

Wheeler got me started with the process and looked out for me far beyond what he had to. The various managers and employees involved in the process from getting the old dishwasher out of the trailer, to making the exchange possible, to getting the new one loaded were all a pleasure to work with and took care of me from start to finish during the complicated process. Wheeler, Tyler, Abidail, Jaden, Joshua-- Thanks! You are appreciated. Based on this experience, I will happily visit this location again.

As an aside, Wheeler, if you read this, I'm sorry I didn't get my Lowe's review in. I was genuinely excited to leave a great review for all of you, but I didn't realize I had a time limit and missed my window.

Very helpful cashiers. I was being complicated this morning but they were very helpful as usual.

Edit: what a great shopping experience my second go around. Shout out to the paint department for physically checking their stock before I drove 45 minutes one way. And to Tammy for helping me clear out the clearance rack!

I just can't stay away from this store. Easy to find stuff, wide aisles, well stocked and clean. Helpful employees. Veteran's discount. I am truly amazed at the large stock of items for a relatively small (40,000 people) town. We recently bought a house and have already been here a dozen times to get things we needed.

Great place a lot stuff for you home yard and all about construction

Excellent! Had to replace a laboratory in a bathroom took old one I didn't have to take it in a rep from the plumbing Dept came out measured it and helped me get replacement and faucet for it and puddy. Loaded it for me on a cart and rolled it up to cashier and then took the load and put it in the truck. Excellent customer service!

Inventory listed online is always correct unlike others. Don't expect carry out service when spending hundreds of dollars. They need to work on customer service

Went in clueless as to what I needed to paint my kitchen and the employee that works in paint was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and explained everything he could to this basic girl. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Absolutely amazing 👏

This store has one of the MOST HELPFUL people in the plumbing section I have EVER come across.

I was working on a project for my house *unrelated* to plumbing, the the guy helped me build it IN the store to make sure I got all the right pieces. I quickly discovered had he not done this, it would have been an absolute NIGHTMARE because I quickly discovered I knew much less than I thought I knew XD

Kudos to the Moultrie Lowe's employees. At least 3 of the employees approached using the SMART program. I came for one item and was directly guided to it. While browsing around, I felt welcomed by the attention of help they wanted to bring.

This is the best Lowes I've ever visited. All of the employees are helpful and courteous. Justin went above and beyond to make sure that we had and could fine everything we need. The store is super neat and clean.

Lowe's was amazing when me & my husband stopped by there. We dropped in to get something for our gazebo and when we checked out, Richard was absolutely helpful to us.
