My search for an extermination company started with placing calls to several providers in the area. Nicole, from Orkin returned my call with a competitive quote but won my business with her attitude. One of the absolute best service provider interactions I have ever had. We decided to go with Orkin on Monday afternoon and on Wednesday Hunter and Noah showed up to discuss our needs and preform the first service! We could not be more pleased with Orkin and look forward to having them take care of our home pest control!!

Met Tristan today, he thoroughly inspected my mother’s home and patiently explained and detailed the problem to us. He patiently explained options and verified those with his supervisor. He definitely went over and beyond to assist us. Best Inspector experience!

I have only positive things to share about my experience with Orkin. I had an infestation, they promptly and professionally responded. I'm retired so I had to have a service I could afford. Their staff in the office and in the field are polite and professional. Would never consider a different company.

At all the services I've used this is the best one. Devon's on time professional but yet friendly. The office staff is just the same. I have no trouble with them they're wonderful. If you want to choose a service I would choose them.

I called with a problem. Tristan immediately got started on resolving the issue. The office called and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Devon did an awesome job. I do not enjoy problems, but it says a lot about a company when there is a problem, and they handle it in a timely manner and follow it through to its resolution.

Have been trying to get in touch with the manager for 2 weeks. I have sent text messages, called several times. He just refuses to call me back! I just want a business to that true customer service after the sale!!!

Received a call from Andrew(service manager) referencing my recent 1 star google review. While on the call Andrew was apologetic and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. Well that’s exactly what he did! He made sure I left the call as a satisfied customer! Business don’t always get it right but the willingness to make things right is a plus for me! He listened to my concerns and was professional and courteous. I would recommend this business to everyone!!!!!!!
