Life Storage - Lake Worth

This is a great facility. Very clean and I love the convenient way to access all points of entry as well as your unit using just your phone. The icing on the cake is the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Israel was so knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. He helped answer all my questions and concerns and even offer suggestions that ultimately landed me in the unit that was perfect for my needs. Billy, was equally helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are my go-to guys for any of my customer service needs from here on out!

You have really patient and helpful gentlemen working in your office! They answered all of my questions, took me on a tour, showed me how everything worked, and helped me when I couldn’t figure out how to open one of the doors. I also like that you offer free flatbeds to help customers transport everything to their storage unit. I highly recommend this company for all of your storage needs! As a Realtor, I have used Life Storage many times at different locations throughout South Florida. 4859 Lantana Rd. is my favorite. The units and property are clean and the staff are always helpful. I noticed an issue with my billing and received a call back from Reef who was able to resolve the issue in only a few hours. Great customer service! Thank you again Reef for the quick response.

Great storage facility! Raining? Too hot?? A/C inside! Who cares! You can pull inside and use a cart and the elevator! I was on the third floor and in and out in minutes with no problem. Very secure. Clean! Love the app for access.

Great customer service! Jordan was very inviting and willing to accommodate our needs. Moving can be stressful but Jordan made it one less headache 😊 The storage space was also clean and exactly what we needed.

Needed another storage unit as the one I currently have is 2x the cost for not that much more space. The guys there are awesome and treat you like a person, the place is always clean, Ive never seen any critters anywhere in there or outside, carts are always easy to find, security is great as there are cameras and locks everywhere. The app to get into the property, doors and units is easy to use and works well. I have no issues, complaints, or regrets by renting units(2) here. Also, their prices are fair. I’d recommend the place to anyone. If you are looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go.
