Jamie was our server. She kept checking on us, kept our drinks full, made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely go back

I stopped in for a quick app and drink after work. Had 0 issues and just perfect experience. Drink was poured well and food came out correctly and fresh. Thank you! Will very likely return.

Stopped by for dinner that was greeted promptly and sat immediately. Our waitress was Shelby and she immediately approached the table and asked if we would like something to drink. Had all of our drinks out in a very timely manner. Shelby is an excellent waitress, very attentive, took our main course orders, explained the menu and she brought out the food and asked if it was good, cooked correct. The exceptional service made this visit five stars. We ordered the special for dinner, it was cooked perfect and everything was exactly what we ordered .This waitress went above and beyond what I would expect. Hats off too her and Chili's great job, we will be back.

The only reason I’m leaving 5 stars in for Allie the manager. She was seriously one of the nicest restaurant managers I’ve ever met! We ordered delivery and were missing an item and had an item the was messed up! So we called because originally I just wanted to come and get the correct items and the one item fixed. When we called the Togo host or whoever answered the phone was really rude. Allie not only refunded about 50% of our money but let us come and get an item that was for a child that was really sad. When we came to pick up the item the Togo host basically threw the item at us. Thank god another employee saw because now she is fired! Thank you for the excellent customer service Allie!

I was told to see myself which I did. Took about 20 minutes for somebody to notice me though. But once food was ordered the way truce was kind and the food came out quickly and hot and just the way I wanted it. Places are short staff so I understand the delay the food though was perfect

The food was good. My kids love eating here, which is a big plus for me. I was sad to learn they took the buffalo chicken salad off the menue, ut was my favoriteitem. But service and food wise everything was really good and we'll definitely be back.

Good experience here! Clean and tidy, friendly staff who provide honest suggestions. Everyone’s food looked appetizing and was cooked well. In this spectrum of restaurants this location has delivered a five star experience!

Great place, but mind you, there are no prices on the drink menu🤣. Different than the Chili's in Norfolk, Virginia where they had $4 drink at happy hour. Anyways, great service here.

Very nice and friendly place. We sat at the bar the lady that was there was so nice to everyone even though she was so busy.

My ultimate cajun pasta was amazing and Tonya was super pleasant and helpful when she brought our food. Very satisfied.

Chili's Grill and Bar has always had the best, fresh tortilla chips and salsa. Our group enjoyed the Triple Dipper with Southwestern Egg Rolls, Fried Pickles and some original Chicken Crispers. The sizzling Fajitas were tender and flavorful too. If you happen to save room for dessert, the molten lava cake is my favorite. We've made a special trip to Chili's just for that 😋

We go to this Chilis often. Always sit in bar area at high tops. Great service always from Trish and Taylor. Went here last Saturday night. Sat in bar area. Cold beer. Good service. Nashville hot chicken was terrible and flavorless. Salsa getting worse each time. Seems like food is mass produced and microwaved to heat. Nothing fresh here!

One of the better Chilis franchise locations I've been to. Our server Eaden was great and very friendly. Food was far better than expected for a chain restaurant. Great for families--

I hadn't been to Chillis in yeeaaarrss. And this restaurant experience was a fantastic welcome back. The food, the service, the compassion. My cousin had to leave to go and retrieve some funeral programs that we had made. The food hadn't come at that point so she left to get them. It arrived while she was gone so the staff kept her food in the back on heat. Awesome experience.
