If I could gave a zero star I would’ve have in a heartbeat. I called, and asked for a 1pm appointment, and negotiate a price with her. Also I mentioned what I wanted, which is getting my hair straighten and few added extension. Not a full sew in ! Also in the beginning I asked if cards was okay, mainly some of the card company they use overcharged. I preferred paying cash which we came to a agreement and I brought that amount with me, including extra for tip.

So I walked in at 12:49 with the knowledge that I had an appointment at 1. Which to find out she’s the only freaking stylist and one wash girl without a freaking license. There was two other girl ahead of me, which took until freaking 4pm to start. She was on cellphone and procrastinating the whole freaking time. Either by getting lunch or stopping my hair to start someone that walked in 🙄. Btw she ended up adding glued and doing such a horrendous job. The most simple thing took me until 8:32pm. She ended overcharging what we already agreed on. Wasted 8 hours of my life, then had the nerve to overcharged me. Which I had prove of everything.

Definetly need to learn how to run a business, and organize a little more. Also cleanliness should be a thing. That place was beyond filthy. The other girls hair was still on the floor till 7. Also the bathroom couldn’t flush and no soap nor freaking papers. How on earth this place stay open ? Tbh. She was considering re modeling the place, but you need to re consider how you’re running the place. That was a 💩 show. I am still beyond traumatized from that horror. Don’t waste your time, and she beyond overcharge for 1990’s glues closure she used on me and other two clients. Didn’t ask for a closure... but I was beyond tired waiting, but I kept reminding her all I want is a little volume. Which I wanted two add track which I brought with me for volume. This is not a salon, but like a friend hooking you up in her kitchen. Btw the overcharged was not for extensions, because I brought my own, unlike her I was beyond ready.

This is my first review, because if I were you I would’ve run for the hills. If you took the time to read all of that, please Look for another salon.

First time salon experience They overprice you do more talking with their haitian friends then doing your hair not to mention detangling was rough using wrong combs

this was one of the worst hair salons my mother went to she never usually goes to other hair stylists but she went because her normal hair stylists was on vacation she was out of the country .And my mother asked me to help her look up near by hair salons and I found this one and it was horrible i went in a couple days before to ask if they do this certain hairstyle my mother wanted my mom has a pixie cut but she wanted to wash and style and we came to agreement on what my mother wanted and i showed her some reference pictures and she said ok also i asked her for the price she said $50 and i said ok

So now the day come for my mom to get her hair don’t and the person who was suppose to do my mothers hair wasn’t even there so she went to another stylist that’s in the same shop and they all speak creole and was again so is my mother and it’s was easier for her to understand. so she starts to work on my mothers hair and she gave my mom a great shampoo wash but when it came to actually flat ironing the hair she was so lost my mothers said she didn’t know how to curl her hair with the flat iron and she keep on pulling her hair on also she said that the lady put so much product on to her hair and causing it to be super hard and rough also she told my mom that her hair was gonna cost $70 dollars but the other lady said the service was $50 dollars and she overcharged my mother after that when she was done my mom saw her hair and said she was so disappointed this is the worst her hair ever locked and she will never return to this salon again i don’t recommend this place at all they cannot follow simple instructions on how you want your hair this was a waste of my mothers hard earn money this place is horrible
