Publix Pharmacy at Military Crossing

I normally don't do reviews but when I went today to get my prescriptions the woman in the pharmacy was absolutely amazing and I definitely think that she should be recognised for that her name is ROXANNE!!!! I was in a lot of pain because I got my tooth pulled and she made sure that she had my prescription ready as fast as she could a lot faster than it normally would have taken and she was very helpful very kind and I will definitely definitely definitely be going there for now on to fill my prescriptions. There should be more people like her in the world. Bank you so much Roxanna people like you make a big ROXANNE in the world. Thank you again!

Amazing!!!! Although is not the closest to my home, it is worthy the trip.
• Very spacious, which makes me feel much more comfortable; I do care for Covid-19 precautions!!!

Pharmacist asked questions pertaining to my previous medication, was wondering why my dr prescribed another medication- not his business- I just had surgery. When asking for my medications price with insurance he told me I'll have to call my insurance- I know this isn't true because they always give me a price once they run it through insurance. Very rude, not right at all. Will not be using this pharmacy again. I have always loved publix. Be warned.
My last experience was the same with another pharmacist.

Customer service needs work. No greeting just stare at you. No help at all.
