You have to go in with patience. It is more of a warehouse or depot feel. With that said the furniture is high quality and priced well. Don't go unless you have a few hours and the right clothes for moving, bending, squating, and reaching that this Scavenger Hunt will take you on.

Macy's Men's department is amazing! They carry high quality, name brand clothing at extremely competitive prices. Their sales are amazing and you can use coupons on most purchases. The employees are very patient and considerate and will assist in anyway they can. They also make returns extremely quick and easy, especially if you use your Macy's card. I always check Macy's before going anywhere else. Their selection and price point are extremely varied so there is something for everyone.

Great high quality furniture and very reasonable prices the two sales associates that I dealt with Maxine and Teresa are a pleasure to work with and be around my wife and I will definitely purchase more furniture from them and not the cheaper furniture stores that ask unreasonable prices

I was visiting the Macy's men's section which is next to the Furniture dept. So, this review is for Men's department. Bobby was the associate and he is an excellent person. His service is great. He goes out of his way to serve people. He takes time to help people to ensure customer is satisfied. This is my 4th time dealing with him and I always had great service from him. Thank Boby

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Decent prices depending on what you're looking for. It's still Macy's so you get good service but somewhat more pricey than elsewhere. Recommended as a look for comparison shopping if nothing else.
