Publix Pharmacy at Lantana Plaza Shopping Center

Isacc and Oz were incredibly kind and helpful. We always have good experiences at this pharmacy. Their customer service is wonderful.

Pharmacy members have always been helpful and call us when auto refills need new prescriptions and they are unable to reach our doctors. They are caring and friendly. A pleasure to have them as my pharmacy.

Amazing pharmacy!!!!! GREAT STAFF! Very efficient and polite. If I could give them 6 starts I would because they definitely deserve them! I will never go to another pharmacy. Keep up the great work!

Great store and helpful staff, Hey John M if you want fast service go online and order your sub or meats & cheeses, it's easy. As for prices Winn Dixie is much higher and try shopping at the Publix on Palm Beach Island, the subs are $2 higher than all other Publix stores.

This publix isn't the closest one to my house. It's not even on my.way home from work... But I will only go to their pharmacy. All of the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Cheap and best costumer service

Monday afternoon around 1:45 I dropped a prescription at this store for 2 cold medication. The person checked the comp. And I saw her checking the medication availability. She came back and said it would be ready before 9:00 PM. 8:00 pm My husband went to pick up my meds, they said only was ready. They never called me to inform they did not have enough to give to me.
Tuesday I went back and the same person said it was not ready yet. How long? I asked. She refused to tell me. Finally I lost my patience and said she could have told me they did not that one so I could have gone elsewhere. She never said a word, no sorry, and wants to charge me full price, when my ensurance info. was already in the system. I was frustrated and no one in the pharmacy seams to care. They gave me an impression they careless if they loose a costumer.

My mother has been getting her meds filled here for years, I have dropped off her prescription her in the past no problem but not anymore. I Tried Dropping off a prescription for my Mother, I told them she would be in to pick it up I was not picking it up. I provided them her name spelled it out, but that was not enough they told me I needed to supply all this other information. I did not have that and they told me it would not be filled. I walked away then came back and asked why can't you look it up by the name....after stressing this multiple times they finally got off their you know whats and did it. Well an hour later my mother picks up the meds and comes home telling me that they told her and I quote "IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO DROP OFF PRESCRIPTIONS FOR SOME ELSE OTHER THEN YOURSELF, NOW" and that this is a new law....What? I am retired from the Government working local State and Federal, and I can tell you it is not against the law, just to add this was not a controlled substance it was either for her bones or something pertaining to old age.(I better tell my Doctor and his nurses that they can not call int he prescriptions either cause it is against the law) remember I was not picking it up all I did was hand them the paper prescription and told them my mother would be in to pick it up. PUBLIX PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THESE EMPLOYEES FIRST THEY REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS THEN THEY LIE TO MY ELDERLY MOTHER. I GUESS IT IS BACK TO WALMART. With not only the Prescriptions but also grocery shopping. Publix went down hill. A BUNCH OF NO GOOD LIARS WORKING HERE, now my mother thinks she is breaking the law. YOu jerks she came home a wreck.

I'm done with this store! Prices are high and deli staff are slow and incompetent! Takes so long to get a sub or some meat or cheese I usually end up saying forget it and walking away.

The Deli is the worst! They are extremely slow almost as slow as Walmart.
