I signed my son up for swimming lessons through the YMCA. This was a very bad experience. The manager (Camila) and swimming instructor (Claudia) were not accommodating, and disrespectful in a subtle way (maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice). The instructor was late 3 times offered no apologies. The last lesson, she was late almost 10 minutes and we did not get extra time on the lesson. The other staff were nice.
