Do NOT buy a home from Sunshine Home Investments, LLC. They do not fix up the house at all. I was told they invested 40,000 into the house I purchased from them. I would have no idea where they spent that money because the house was more of a wreck than I thought. We pulled 2,100 pounds of random concrete out of the back yard. The entire house and yard was riddled with ticks, fleas, ants and roaches. The fence is almost falling over. There was a huge leak in the pipes behind the tiles of the shower, leaking into the drywall that they didn't tell us about. The hot water heater needs to be replaced. We had to replace the dryer hose when we smelt something burning. The bathtub faucet was broken. The kitchen sink was leaking. There were problems all over the house with the electric wiring. The air conditioning was riddled with black mold. The garage door was held up by a piece of rubber and broke, almost landing on my fiance. To add insult to injury, they didn't replace any of the cabinets on there "brand new kitchen." They just replaced the doors and left the dry rotted cabinets in place. They painted the inside and out horribly only causing more problems that WE had to fix. We had to replace every outlet, every light switch and even all of the interior doors because of their joke of a paint job. These are just a few of the problems that we are still dealing with. Every business is to make money, but these people do NOT make their money honestly. They do JUST enough to make a crappy home presentable and dump it onto someone as fast as they can. This is not an honest company and I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with them. Not only did I pay for the house, I'm 40,000 dollars in the hole on doing repairs. We did most of the repairs ourselves and are still 40,000 in the hole. Sunshine Home Investments is a scam!
