From the sales experience with Frank to the installation, everything went according to plan. Frank checked in constantly to ensure all went smoothly. The guys showed up on time and worked well together to move furniture, remove the old carpet, clean up, then cut and install the new carpet and then clean up again. They were extremely polite and helpful. They confirmed every piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it and had no problem helping us when asked to place some extra furniture we had moved ourselves. The install was done in a minimum of time. We are enjoying our new look in all of our rooms. Thanks to H&H Carpet for making this a great experience.

This has been our third project with H&H, from carpeting, to conventional tile, to this latest job of a major luxury vinyl installation (with some old-tile demolition). We are completely ecstatic at the quality and the great service. Frank was very responsive, and Scott and Greg are superb craftsmen--the utlimate perfectionists in their installation, including a couple of special requests. Best of all, our floors are now drop-dead gorgeous! We highly recommend H and H.

I had vinyl flooring installed in most of my house with H&H several years ago and happy with the entire process, so when I needed the last bedroom done, I used them again this year. Service and installation was again excellent, so I highly recommend them for any flooring that needs to be done

Our experience with H&H Carpet was excellent from the time and patient help we receive from Frank while picking and ordering our carpet to arranging for the installation. Mike and his crew of 3 other installers was also excellent. The 4 of them arrived at 7:30am and promised they would be gone by lunch time. They were on their way to an afternoon job between 11:30 and noon!

From Frank in sales and Mike the lead installer, our experience was fantastic. They had some of the best prices on carpet and great options to choose from. They showed up when scheduled and did a great job. Moved furniture where needed and cleaned up after. The whole crew were top notch. Had a small issue we found the next day and they came back the same day and fixed what needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Shop local and stay away from the big stores.

Wonderful H&H Carpet! They did carpet and flooring in our condo and we were very happy with Frank who saw it thru from start to finish. They did it in a timely professional manner. We had several estimates and they had the best price for great quality flooring choices. Highly Recommended..

H and H Carpet installed my flooring in my condo in 2020. I was impressed with Frank's kindness and professionalism as i navigated my indecision among all the many colors and textures. The flooring was flawless. This year I suddenly moved to another condo and without hesitation contacted Frank and we arranged for the same flooring to be installed in my new condo. Frank arranged for Scott to address one problem area and one cannot tell there ever was an issue. H and H gave me A plus service. The price was super reasonable compared to one other competitor who were trying to just price godge. On a very small house. They were able to put the carpet in in one day. And it’s most likely as comfortable as the overpriced product at the other place. I love the carpet. It looks fantastic.

Love the flooring we got from H and H, the installers did a fantastic job. My one big complaint is how incredibly difficult it was to get a hold of the H and H sales people. Took months to finalize because they never returned phone calls.
