Fantastic customer service. Very busy but wait time is not as bad as visiting prison. I love the staff here. Everyone is awesome!

I am a mom of twins and can tell you I wouldn’t have survived the last year of shots, appointments, screaming babies and scary 2am fevers without Dr. Gleason and Vanessa. They are amazing. I never feel rushed in the exam rooms and they both take care of my children as though they were their own. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait in the front lobby but there is at any dr office. Dr. Gleason and Vanessa are the best!!!!

We called today to see if they were accepting new patients and they were!!! We asked if they had any appointments available and the said yes and scheduled our appointment for this afternoon! The receptionist was very pleasant and kind! Looking forward to meeting the staff !

Dr. Gleason is Awesome, very child oriented......but the rest of the experience was Horrible. No stars for the Rude staff (w/ attitudes like they dont work with Kids in pediatric!) ALWAYS a long wait! BUT DR GLEASON SERVICE MADE UP FOR IT SOOOOOO..... 5 stars for Dr Gleason Only! Thank you Dr.

I have a 14 year old and a 7 year old. We have been seeing Dr. Gleason for a year now and I absolutely LOVE him. He is great with the kids and answers all my questions. He doesn't make me feel rushed. The MA's are super sweet and the two ladies at the front are very friendly and very helpful. I hope I never have to find another pediatrician because I don't think another office could every beat my expectations after my experience with this office.

Love Dr. Kim she goes into detail but also doesn’t take forever trying to explain! Always opened for questions! The front deck lady’s are always nice and welcoming! The wait in never to bad and i always get an appointment quickly!
