AT&T Store

The gentlemen assisted me and even tried to call other stores to help. They tried to find alternative methods but valued my opinion as well. They also told me to check back this week.

This is a bit of a strange review since I live in North Carolina.. but my grandmother was trying to get help from the AT&T in Albany and their employees were EXTREMELY rude to her (and me when I called to try and help) I decided to try this AT&T and I’m so glad I did! Nick spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me trying to get my grandmother straightened out and was the most kind and patient person I have ever dealt with over the phone. Needless to say my grandmother will be going here if she ever needs anymore help! Nick, if you’re seeing this, THANK YOU AGAIN!! You are the best!

There service were excellent! It was nice and clean! I went in, because my phone calls was not coming through and it got fully resolved. It is working perfect now! I would advise anyone to go in this Att Store. You will get the best service!

The service at this place is awesome. They’re very friendly and try their best to help fix problems for customers. After telling them about my issues and the lack of service in Tifton, they immediately recommended a new SIM card and fixed my issues. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff James helped me and it was close to closing time he still helped me and got me the phone I needed thanks so much I’m happy with AT&T GREAT JOB he deserves a raise.

This AT&T store was a LIFESAVER! I walked in, having previously dropped my phone in water, dying to switch from Verizon and the Store Manager Brian helped me out tremendously! He not only helped me switch from Verizon, I got a case and screen protector (from the dangers of myself) for a great price and got the phone I've always wanted! iPhone 6S Plus!

If you are looking for a phone, internet, and cable package then look no further than ATT in Moultrie, GA! Keyah and Alfonso will go above and beyond for you just as they did for us! We were there for over four hours, but it felt like minutes for they were so gracious about making sure we were comfortable! I will sing their praises and send everyone their way after everything they have done for us! The best service we have ever had and we love our new phones/service! Thank Keyah and Alfonso for everything the two of you did for us, we appreciate it more than you two know!!

Really appreciate being able to stop in and get a new car charger when I realized I had left my other one at home. The associate helped me find what I need and even helped me figure out an issue I was having with my phone.
