I am big on customer service. After today I will never step foot in their Town Center location. While the lady in the store seems friendly enough, the guy that was at the register today 6/25 around 1045am was rude and dismissive. I left my card at the store the day before and when I called the number listed over 5 times, no answer. So now I had to leave work and drive to the mall. I get there and this little man is yapping away on the phone. He tells me my card was turned in to Security and when I asked where it was located, he just brushed me off and said go to the mall office. I'm not too familiar with this mall but I used the directory to find the mall office. Guess what? Wrong place. The nice woman there gave me directions. Then I have to walk clear over to security on yet a whole new wing of the mall. Did I mention I'm doing this on a week old fractured toe? Thankful I did get my card but the way he brushed me off so he could continue his phone conversation ticked me off! Had I been able to get the info over the phone I would have spent 20 mins as opposed to over an hour of missed work walking around the dang mall. I could have picked my card up after work. I just went in to look for a cheap cover-up. I wouldn't buy a sock now from these people. By the way, the phone number for the business a Texas area code and private cell number. Doesn't sound legit enough for me. The items in your shop aren't that great as is so the least you can do is treat the customer with respect. I wanted to tell him to his face how rude he was but this is a better forum to voice my annoyance. Good luck to anyone who chooses to shop there.

Walk in to the store and " Gabby" was too busy sitting down behind the counter to interact with me. Not once did she stand up or ask to assist me. She claimed she was doing "calculations"... I guess that's more important than a customer.

They are racist when black people walk in to look at clothes one of the coworkers are nearly breaking their neck to see everything a black person doing but when a white person walk in of course they pay them no mind , had an awful experience here .
