Hot Topic

I just happened to stop in this Hot Topic to see if I could find a cool T-shirt or two for my husband. He's a huge graphic t-shirt fan. I found something that would definitely fit him. There were two sales associates that were extremely helpful in helping me find not only good shirts, but a good deal with the buy one get one 30% off sale, and finding the right size. The first associate was ready to help me not long after I walked in the door and was really wonderful and sweet in listening to the details of my needs. They talked to me about the subject matter of the graphic shirts and the shows connected to them. The second associate was willing to order things online to help me get what I needed if I couldn't find something good. They were so sweet. I had honestly forgotten about Hot Topic because we don't go to the mall much anymore. But considering how much we love graphic t-shirts, I could see myself stopping in here a little bit more often to enhance our graphic t-shirt collection.

41 years old, and still shopping at Hot Topic. Although, this time, it's for the latest crop of punks and weirdos. The exceptionally helpful staff at this Hot Topic are as friendly and welcoming as I remember them, with a manager even taking the extra step to call me when my promotional "cash" could be used. With this level of service, I'll still be shopping there at 75, only this time, for the grandweirdos.

I've said this before, but I need to say it again. Hot Topic is the absolute pinnacle of customer service. Their staff are truly incredible, and it's consistent across locations. Today I walked in, in a bit of a hurry to get a last minute birthday gift of nose rings...which I know nothing about. Dani at Hot topic at Town Square Mall spent quite a while with me, educating me on what the heck I was looking at and asking questions about the gift recipient to help me choose the right option. Absolutely phenomenal. Love this company!

Great Hot Topic. Was neat and clean and organized.

My daughter and I recently shopped at this store and we had a great experience. The young man with the green mohawk and misfits style vest was extremely helpful. He got down several dresses to were hanging on the wall for my daughter to try on. When the dress didn't fit he offered a solution that worked great! Super helpful young man!

i went to hot topic yesterday, probably going back again today, but this store is amazing! i loved the selection of skirts, anime merch, stickers, etc. this is an amazing store! very nice staff too! totally recommend it if u like anime, goth/grunge clothing, figurines and stickers!

Although I am not often at the mall, I usually swing into Hot Topic during my visits for various reasons.

The Hot Topic location in the Town Center Mall has always been a nice place to shop! The employees are all very fun, and happy to assist you with both retrieving and choosing what items you want while you are at the location.

Along with that, there are always great sales happening in the store. I frequent this location on Black Friday and always leave with a few items.

If you like modern pop-culture references, this store is a great place to shop!

Haven't been in ages. The 2 employees were super helpful. Dylan and I forget the managers name,but they are awesome. Every time we go in,whether its weekly or every 6-8 months,they are friendly and always converse with us.

Hot Topic is always fun. All the employees were very helpful as well the last several times I was in. They didn't have a shirt I was looking for but the employees did all they could to look for it in the store or in back, or see if it was coming in soon in the size I needed, or if they could order it online. Much appreciated!!

Always very nice associates here. Only minor quibble is I wish they had a better selection of women's pajama bottoms. They are oddly hard to find. Otherwise, very good store.

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! And every employee in there was kind and offered to help!

Very friendly service and great knowledge about store layout and products, I was looking for mystery boxes/bags but sadly there weren't many, they did take notice to make more as well 😊

The BEST Hot Topic in Atlanta area, hands down. Awesome customer service, there were about a handful of people in store and I got helped to a fitting room right away, I didn't even have to ask (:

I usually visit North Point, but the setup and atmosphere there is hevtic

I go for the pop figures, my kids like all the other interesting merchandise they have. Sometimes it is hard to get around due to the size of the store and all the stuff they have out. Ive been going into this location since High school.

The staff here is wonderful. Every time I've ever been to this location I've been so pleased with the service. Keep up the great work!

Hot Topic is a great place to shop at. They have items from animes to music. Plus the workers there are very friendly towards the costumers and themselves.
