I got my first board today! Everyone was cool, kind and well educated on the products. Shout out to Leslie for helping me build my first board she was super confident and willing to teach me about each part I was purchasing and how they all would work together. Incredible experience can’t wait to go back!

Tilon was extremely helpful & his great personality made my shopping experience a 10/10. It’s usually a struggle finding clothes at the mall but he made it so much easier! Thank you Tilon! :)

This is an awesome place to take your teenager to get the latest fashions. Everyone was very helpful and they had a wide range of selection of jeans and all the attire that the cool teams are into. I don't really care for Town Center Mall though just doesn't feel like the safest place

Took my son there today and had a wonderful experience for the whole family. The manager Kenny and Logan were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what my son wanted and shared stories as well as knowledge as they put his board together in front of him. They had a great selectionas well. I honestly don't think it could have been any better of an experience . I highly recommend this place.

My 11-year-old daughter and I shopped here on Wednesday. The employees couldn’t have been sweeter to my daughter. We were looking at some items that were several sizes too large (my daughter was so disappointed) and one of the employees overheard and (I wish I caught her name but she had gorgeous blue hair) offered to look up the item and order the correct size and have it shipped to our home. What a great shopping experience!

Had a great customer service experience while visiting this store! It's so refreshing when employees actually greet you and was pleasantly surprised at Zumiez- Towne Center. Three different employees greeted me throughout my visit and all were extremely helpful. Just had to share!

Went in for 1 thing and walked out with a lot more. Employees at this store are amazing!!!! Got more than enough help finding things. And they were friendly. Jessie helped me with everything I got. And could tell she really loves her job. Will definitely be visiting again.

Zoomiez at Cobb had a great selection of boards, clothing and shoes, but the highlights and character of this store are the staff. One amazing staff member is Brianna. She helped me find my first board and was such a help. Definitely recommend coming here for your skating needs. :)

I have always not like Zumiez but since I was going there to look for whatever I like i get lol it started to be my favorite store,a few weeks ago I had bad experience at the zumiez over the Woodstock outlet and let me say how sad. But on the 3rd of October before my birthday i was there and there is a girl who works there and she always says hi,whats up etc nicest employee ever and I told her about my experience at the outlet zumiez and she said “your always welcome here”

I love the level of customer service in this store. My kids have recently started shopping here and the people who work here are amazing. Unique clothing option as well.

Great customer service, the girl searched around and found my size on the won't shelf, she didn't have to keep looking around but she did.

Super cool staff, didn't have the product I was looking for sadly, but I might eventually head back and grab another board!

My son got some very hip clothes for back to school. It has a very cool vibe in the store. The sales associates dress very funky and hip.

Nice selection, but prices are always too high for no name products. However you can find unique items.
