Placed an order before driving 45 mins to the only Nestle Toll House for my order to be wrong. Owner refused to make the correct order, instead, insisted on removing the raisins by hand to correct the fact that they made oatmeal raisin cookies when I ordered plain oatmeal cookies.

Beyond irritated. As a business owner, if you make a mistake, you eat the cost of the mistake. Won’t waste my time coming back.
