I have been buying treasures from Jared’s for 20 years. This time around was the first time interacting with Kelsee. She was phenomenal from start to finish! She had tact and clarity and a sincerity that was refreshing and reassuring as I purchased 2 Rolex watches — one for me and the other for my husband! It’s immaculate customer service that keeps me returning over and over!

I bought my engagement ring here to propose with. Rhea Jaradi helped me through the entire process start to finish. I knew nothing about diamonds or rings and she not only helped me to understand what to look for but also got me exactly what I wanted. I recommend anyone to ask for Rhea she treated me so well and made me feel extremely comfortable with buying such a big purchase.

Jimmie was great! He spent probably 40 minutes untangling my necklaces and put them in jewelry boxes all for free! It was so kind and determined! Definitely go see him and visit the store!

O’Keana is Amazing! I called today to ask if they could cut my ring off. It was stuck from years of ‘love’ 💜 They are not able to cut off rings but said she could help me. I stopped by and she had some jewelry cleaner to help. She coached me and was so positive and helpful! Both my rings came off and I am in such relief. I went in not expecting to be able to get a ring immediately, but with the help of Rhea she showed me my options for getting a ring they didn’t have in person ordered and sent to me & the process was flawless - the ring was perfect and because I was flying blind on sizing she was able to get me a free resizing upon arrival of the ring witch was GREATLY appreciated. I’ve had an excellent experience start to finish with this location & Rhea specifically. I will be retuning in the near future! Thank you

Jimmie was incredibly helpful through the entire ring purchasing process for both my fiance and I. He Fully explained all details we needed to know, and helped find us both exactly what we were looking for! We will definitely be back to shop with him again in the future!

We worked with Aissa for an engagement ring and her along with the entire Jared team made this process suprisingly easy and laid back for us. They never pressured us to buy at any given time to settle for just anything and make a sale, they also made sure we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. Not to mention they designed a whole ring for us from scratch and literally placed the 3D rendering in our hands, mind you at that point we still had not spent a single penny and had no guarantee we would buy from them, this just goes to show that their customer service is unmatched in my opinion, that along with their continuous kindness throughout the entire process, they definitely earned my business along with this review and then some 🤝
