Gallagher Bassett Services

Absolutely horrendous. That's an understatement, honestly. Quick advice: lawyer up yesterday. Details to why I say this are as follows:

Injured April 2023, it's now mid December 2023, injury has gotten worse between the misdiagnosis and the weeks to months it takes to just get a consultation.

Three separate times I've had to schedule/reschedule/cancel a $400 treatment because my case worker (who I'm yet to speak to on the phone) won't tell me what's going on. Conveniently (not convent for me), my case worker is now out of office and I won't be able to schedule anything until the end of the month due to the holidays!! Oh, and I fasted two of those three days just to be told "oh, it's not happening, we don't have the approval!"

How is this acceptable? 8 months injured, 8 months of my life I'm not getting back. Oh, and my payments finally stopped coming. No answer there, either.

Worst company ever delt with. 7 weeks of phone calls from me; with messages every time. Return calls ZERO !
What happens if u don't pay your premium; or your 7 weeks late paying? 🤔

If your company has turned your workers compensation claim over to Gallagher Bassett then you will not get paid. Your company no longer cares about you and neither does Gallagher Bassett. They will do their best to ruin you. Get a good attorney with a large firm.

Beyond frustrated. Their claimant service is abysmal. My payments have suddenly stopped even though there is no reason for it. I have emailed and called multiple times. They don't answer the phone, don't call back and don't respond to email. This is the reason people involve attorneys because Gallagher Bassett does not fulfill their responsibilities.

Gallagher Bassett is apart of what is wrong with America itself. They treat hard working injured workers like they are asking for a welfare check. They dismiss your injuries by using fraudulent workman’s comp doctors like Dr. Collard in St. Louis who claim truly injured workers are lying and release them to full duty when they can even lift their arm. The case workers are uncaring and evasive. They lie. They have a very unethical nurse Susan Williams who shares clients personal information without their consent and tries to negatively and secretively influence their doctors treatment plan. If your workman’s comp case winds up in their hands. God bless you and good luck. They are like every bad movie you have seen about an insurance company. Like David and Goliath.

The most inept claims adjusters ever. Won't return your calls, won't answer your e-mails. Their playbook is to annoy and frustrate the insured(ME) and the claimant (my employee) to the point where they feel like giving up. I had a workman's comp claim and it took over a week for the adjuster, Sarah Slone, just to call me back. Andrew Link, the supervisor, assured me that "everything would be taken care of" regarding my claim. But despite numerous phones calls and e-mails neither Mr. Andrew Link or Ms. Sarah Slone has called back in a remotely timely manner. After reporting my claim with these adjusters, I have spoken to Ms. Sarah Slone only once and I have spoken Mr. Andrew Link only once. I've gotten one written response from each of them, despite sending them nearly a dozen requests for correspondence. Ms. Slone, finally set-up a phone interview for the claimant at 12pm, the following day. SHE NEVER CALLED! Since then, I have left voicemails, sent several e-mails and even attempted to get Mr. Andrew Link's co-worker to get him to contact me. I'm currently on my 4th day after speaking with Ms. Slone and Mr. Link and no one has attempted to contact me or e-mail regarding the insurance policy I paid for. Caveat Emptor.(Buyer Beware)

The staff of Gallagher Bassett has poor customer service, bad attitudes and little concern for right and wrong. Maybe the solution here would be to clean house and hire all new staff. There are better ways than put downs to solve problems. Learn this Gallagher Bassett, you know who you are!!!!!!!!

I have never had someone be anoid when you are trying to find out what you are supposed to do. He never gave me any instructions on how I was supposed to submit a claim or anything ni hope Coscto isn't paying much for their services.

These people are soulless and are contacted by Costco to take advantage of you after you've been wronged. This is pathetic.

Horrible experience. Won't return calls, won't give you a copy of anything when they do. Vicky was rude and against me 100%. This place is awful!
