Thanks Relax the Back for offering the type of Recliner that I needed for my Wellness Center. I came into the store to demo a massage chair that I called about the previous day. To my surprise, I didn't like the chair, but the zero gravity chairs were perfect and I landed on the Hart chair. Melanie was amazing. I made 3 separate trips to the store to demo the three different models that you had. I want to thank Melanie for her patience until I made a decision. Of course, while I was in the store, I walked around inquiring about every item that caught my attention. Melanie was knowledgeable on every single product. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am LOVE my recliner.

Excellent. I don’t live anywhere near a relax the back retailer, so I was dependent on the phone retailer/internet experience. The location in Kennesaw was fantastic at taking photos and sending me examples via email so I could decide on the style and color of the chair I wanted. The white glove delivery service was on point, and I would recommend this company and this retailer to anyone interested in a zero gravity or relax the back chair. Melanie is fantastic! I came into the store with the exact product in mind that I thought I needed (a backrest I had used for over 15yrs), but as it turned out, it didn't work well at all in my new-to-me SUV. Melanie helped me find the exact seat and lumbar support combo to make my seats more comfortable. Now, I look forward to long (pain-free) drives.

I suffer from chronic back issues and have flare ups from time to time.
Once I decided to invest in a zero gravity recliner and some other ancillary items, I visited Relax the Back in Kennesaw. Melanie Sisson took GREAT care of me. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind spirited and was not pushy! I have had my Hale air comfort recliner for almost a week - it is AWESOME!! Great investment, great service! Taryn was amazing to work with on my purchase. She was very patient and thoroughly answered my many questions over about a two week period. I felt she cared about my comfort level, in terms of both how the right chair fit my needs, and how I could handle it financially. She worked to get me the best deal on the best product in my price range. So far, the chair has been fantastic.

Was looking for a chair to replace my husband's old one. We found one that he liked n also got one for myself to replace the one in my sewing room. Greg had to order mine. So we have not tried them yet. Greg was very helpful n knowledgeable.
