This is the season of giving and sometimes getting what you want. I had the pleasure of working with Deana at Zales in Town Center - Cobb. I called her en-route and she was able to prepare for my arrival. She was pleasant to work with and was quick assist to me. ( I arrived at 8:30pm). After a quick description of what I needed she was able to make sure I left a satisfied customer.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience here! I have shopped in a lot of jewelry stores but this one by far is my favorite. Very friendly staff, amazing service, and of course beautiful jewelry. If you are looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to shop I would highly recommend here. So my Husband and I came to Zales to get our rings cleaned and to get two of my diamonds replace. Not knowing that we would be walking out with new wedding sets. If you all are looking to get married and looking for the right rings for your spouse or soon to be spouse please go see Dana. She is amazing she takes time with you. She talks everything through and she is an amazing woman. It doesn't matter if you are confused or don't know which way to go, Dana is there to help you all the way through it. Five stars to our girl, hope you get a raise we love you Dana.

My husband and I bought my engagement ring, wedding bands for me and his wedding band all at this same location and have worked with Dana every time we've been in. She has always made our experience top notch. We are always greeted with a smile and served promptly when we visit. I have even had some work done on my ring multiple times and the work has always been above satisfactory. I would recommend this location to ANYONE looking to purchase jewelry of any kind.
