After the flood we needed new den furniture and locally finding what we wanted was a pipe dream especially since we wanted American made. Alexa from Woodstock Furniture in Acworth, GA. Assisted me in every step of the process from phone calls to text to emails. Plus she verified military service for a discount and called the warehouse to verify they remained open so close to closing time to ensure we were able to pick up our recliners. Talk about first class service and support. They are certainly the best ever. Thank you Woodstock Furniture.

We recently purchased a power recliner from Woodstock Outlet and couldn’t be happier with our purchase and had great service from start to finish. I had the best experience with Anna and Woodstock Furniture. I saw the recliner on Saturday February 3. I shopped all day Saturday and Sunday. On Monday morning I contacted Woodstock to see if it was available. Anna volunteered to check and took several pictures to confirm it was the correct one and did not have any flaws. I drove down there and paid for it. My son picked it up on the way home from his work. Anna was helpful throughout the entire process. She is the best and should I need furniture in the future I will contact Woodstock Furniture again for excellent customer service!

I had never been in Woodstock Furniture until today. I had the best experience that I have ever had buying furniture. The sales people were there if you had a question but they weren’t right on top of you. They gave you the space to explore. Rose was our salesperson and she was fantastic! She made mattress shopping painless. We will definitely be back for all of our furniture shopping.

I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than dealing with John initially then Cassandra on all the follow up! I made some revisions to the original sofa order and added some items, and Cassandra took care of the changes with the best attitude, and she went above and beyond. Woodstock Furniture is my go to for all my furniture needs. I love my leather couches and chairs. I’ve also bought deco pieces and pictures. Beautiful looking and good quality! They carry a large option of styles and colors, the staff is everywhere ready to help and friendly. The delivery came right on time and they too were very pleasant.

Jeanette went over and beyond to get our furniture we ordered delivered! It was amazing experience and I would want to give her a 10 being amazing service and the paper work was so easy and she is always so friendly and helpful I will recommend all my family and friends to come here to Woodstock furniture outlet. Seriously the best deals in town! We started our hunt for our couch here went to 5-6 other places and ended back up here. Best prices, selection and quality. They have stuff for every budget and design. Brian was great at making sure we got exactly what we needed!

I contacted the Web Sales portion of the store because I’d found a table online. Shannon contacted me through text (as requested) and I went into the store and she showed me around. I ended up going with a different table set but needed a few days to decide. Once I did, I texted back to the store and did everything electronically. We have made several purchase from Woodstock Furniture over the years. In fact, it’s the only place I’ve ever bought furniture from in the 18 years that I’ve lived here. Everyone is polite, helpful and happy. It’s a fun store to visit and they have really great deals!

Jennifer, our sales lady, led me to several examples of the color and style living room furniture that I was looking for and also found items I liked that were within my price range.
Everything was in stock so, by the next afternoon, it was in my living room!
I’ve bought furniture from this store several times over the last 30 years and I’ve always been happy with my purchases.

I reached out online to get help with a custom design couch. Christina was the one who has been helping me for months to get the perfect couch for our living room. I wanted to purchase tables for my daughter and son-in-law and didn’t want to make the trip to Woodstock so they were so kind to take pictures from the showroom and send to me.

Before visiting Woodstock furniture I had not heard of them. Many really nice choices in whatever you are looking for. Anna Gomez was a terrific help. I had concerns about a cabinet’s shelves being moved to be able to place certain articles in it. She double checked that it was in instructions for delivery crew. They were over and above in delivering and setting up the cabinet and dining room set.
I also am impressed that they are closed on Sundays - being old school. With store’s late hours and internet availability, stores don’t need to be open on Sundays. If I need anything else, I will be back to shop with them.

Excellent service! Sam worked with me and she has so much patience and understanding! I purchased a sofa and was not satisfied, but she walked me through the process and was willing to exchange it, to make me happy. She explained that sometimes you get so used to what you have, it's hard to accept a new style. So True! I then purchased the chair in the group and that was too big. Sam again, helped me choose the perfect chair to complement the sofa and my living room. She is knowledgeable in decor, with the styles Woodstock Furniture Outlet and she truly cares about her customers and sincerely sweet.

Love love the furniture here! It is quality furniture and well priced. We worked with Brian who was extremely helpful. We don’t buy new furniture often so this was a big decision for us. Brian was extremely patient but above all knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!
