Cinnabon

While walking into the mall being 38 weeks pregnant, I instantly smelled the sweet scent of cinnamon floating in the air. I turned to my husband and said "Baby wants Cinnabon."

Got to the cashier and she said I had to wait a few minutes for a fresh one. I said heck yes since fresh anything is THE best. When the cinnabon came out, the oh so sweet cashier called me over and said I can pick which one I wanted (she knew.. oh she knew I was preggo). They buttered up my fresh cinnabon with cream cheese mixed concoction and gave it to me.

Baby was happy = mommy happy. Thank you to the sweet, kind cashier. You were the best.

Excellent staff and amazing product! Customer service is so attentive, and employees really make an effort to get to know regular customers. The morning guy is so sweet too! I highly recommend stopping by on your next town center shopping trip

Today they was on point fresh cinnabuns thanks guys the 15 pack was awesome they made them fresh so worth the wait keep up the good work .....I forgot his name but I told u I would make sure they knew u guys are doing awesome 👍🏼😎

Got two fresh cinnamon rolls. Most of the bad reviews are because people either came too early or too late. This is inside a mall and this mall isn’t very active so they can’t stay open as long as they say. Try to get here at around noon to 4pm and they most likely will have some.

UPDATE:
Employees are MUCH nicer now. However, they seem to close at random times and definitely not when Google claims. Today it was supposed to be 9pm. I went by around 7:30pm and they had closed it all down and were cleaning up to leave. The employee said they close at 9pm on weekends but 8pm during the week. However, they closed today at 7:30pm so who knows??

At least he was super nice about it, though! I can handle bad news as long as the delivery isn’t also awful.

INITIAL REVIEW:
On the rare occasion I can purchase the cinnamon rolls, they are great. That’s the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1, which was my first inclination. Unlike others, I haven’t dealt with any rude employees but they are definitely not the type to go the extra mile, by any means. They’ve always been very nice to me but not nice enough to make the appropriate amount of rolls or get in even the slightest rush about it. The hours listed on Google are wrong, so I found out tonight when I stopped by around 7:30pm. I was told they close at 8pm and they didn’t have a single thing left over to sell me and the idea of making anything was apparently absurd and wholly out of the question, even though they had 30 minutes left. There were two stacks of minis I offered to buy but the employee said they had been sitting out all day and wouldn’t want them. I don’t know if they are allowed to take the leftovers home or not so I won’t bother to speculate on motives. She did offer to sell me a 6 pack of classic rolls for a discounted price of $23 but that seemed very pricey to me for rolls that had also been sitting in a box for at least an entire day, if not longer. Sadly, like so many others, this is by far the closest location to where I live, even though its not close by any means. I try to stop by on my way home from working on film sets in and around Atlanta but 9 times out of 10, I’m sent away empty handed.
Honestly I just don’t get why they don’t make more instead of making a small amount and running out almost immediately, then forcing ppl to wait 30 plus minutes for them to make one more small rack! Why not make MULTIPLES?? Especially when you have at least 5-10 ppl waiting on them!
I would really love to open my own Cinnabon in my town and become a franchisee. I think as long as the employees are halfway competent, we’d do fantastic!

The Cinnabons are always great! Three customer service at the location is hit or miss. Sometimes good, sometimes they seem disinterested. Guess it depends on who's working.

Allgeic to cinnamon can't eat it😔😔😔😔😔😔 but I ate it once and it was good

Today 3/29/23 2:46 p.m. I got thee WORST Cinnabon I've everrrrrrrrrrr had!!! And I love a good Cinnabon with pecans and caramel. 🙄 It's NOT warm...verrrrrrrrrry stingy on the icing, which caused it to be a bit dry. Cinnabons cost too much to be coming like this. Very disappointing.
I've had some good ones from this location, but I don't know about the workers today. It might be the manager...when the employee was squeezing the caramel, the manager hollered "STOP!". Had the employee been allowed to continue squeezing the caramel, it may not be so dry.

We waited for our order more than 30 min. They have only 2 tables to sit. The line is never ending and people have to wait on the way of the people who who wants to get in and out of the mall. The worst location we've ever been to.

They never have cinnamon rolls ready. H Hire new people that care!!!

Go any where else. This has the be the most poorly ran business I have ever seen. They NEVER have the items available to purchase. The workers ALWAYS look disinterested. Went to Cinnabon to get my daughter a pretzel, told me to go to Auntie Annes. Once I get there, they told me they are sold out, while I am watching them mix a batch. Telling me to go back to Cinnabon, that they are going to drop off this batch. Nope, we good. We will go elsewhere. Honestly have no idea how they are still open or why.
