My husband and I were looking for a new couch. We just happened to be in Altamonte so when I googled furniture stores Right At Home was listed so we stopped. So glad we did the store was set up beautifully and the service was excellent. We bought a couch it has been delivered and we love it. Linda Joy and Maria thanks for all your help

A great store with quality pieces, reasonable prices and very helpful staff. We received a warm welcome and help along the way without being overwhelmed by the sales pitches so often received at other places. We’ll be back for more great finds in the future and highly recommend.

This is the best furniture store in our area…HANDS DOWN! We bought a buffet several years ago and were extremely happy with the service and the purchase. The quality of the furniture and prices are excellent and very competitive. We have stopped in frequently over the years to walk around, check out new inventory and get decorating ideas...without making a purchase. We have always been greeted with warmth and smiles. The staff here do not follow you around the store or make the shopping experience uncomfortable like many of the other local furniture stores. They are readily available and super helpful if and when you have questions. If they don’t have what you are looking for they can find it or find something comparable and offer expertise that is far superior to any other stores. Both Pilar and Renee are always beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. After years of looking for a bedroom set but not quite ready to purchase, Renee was able to find us EXACTLY what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the purchase. We will never waste our time shopping for furniture anywhere else! It’s a local hidden jem!!

I had a wonderful experience at Right At Home today. I was looking for a new sofa and a coffee table for my living room, and I found exactly what I wanted at this store. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they showed me a variety of options that matched my style and budget. They also offered me a great deal on delivery and installation.

The manager, Mohammed, was especially kind and professional. He personally greeted me when I entered the store, and he checked on me several times during my shopping. He answered all my questions and gave me some useful tips on how to maintain my furniture. He also gave me a complimentary gift card as a thank you for choosing Right at Home Furniture.

Right At Home Store most certainly deserves 10 Stars! When I first entered the store my wife and I were greeted by Ms. Renee' Dawn and her Sales Associate Mr. Joey DeSilva. Their infectious smiles, positive attitudes, and determination to provide outstanding customer service clearly shined through. In addition, Ms.Dawn tirelessly researched and provided an extensive online search and found the exact color match and dimensions of 2 tables that perfectly matched another accent table we found in the showroom. I was so impressed that Ms. Dawn and the wonderful staff in the Right At Home Furniture Store recognized Veterans Day and honored all service members and ultimately provided a lower delivery charge which truly "Made My Day" as well! I have visited numerous Furniture stores throughout my 76 years and Right At Home Furniture Store clearly sets the bar for all furniture stores to emulate! Ms. Renee' Dawn and Mr. Joey DeSilva are Truly a credit to this Fantastic store and a welcome addition to the Right At Home Furniture Family. Walked into this store after an exhausting day of visiting every furniture store in the area looking to outfit an entire house. Wow! Was I surprised. Set back off the main road, I was not expecting much, but after walking inside, I felt like I was in a furniture wonderland filled to the brim with all high end, name brand furniture and accessories at discount prices.
All areas of the store were set up like little rooms, all with totally different styles of furniture. “Rene” assisted me in designing my living room. Her taste in design is exquisite. I am very indecisive and she has answered questions and texts all times of the day and will bend over backwards to please you. They deliver items to you, off the floor, so there’s no waiting, though custom orders do take a lot longer to receive, through no fault of theirs. I have had items delivered and after realizing the fit, color or design didn’t work, they took it back, some for credit, some for full refund. That is a rarity today. Their deliver guy, Mike, is a real sweetheart. They will really try to bend over backwards to make you happy. Buyer beware. It is very difficult to leave there without making a purchase because every single item in the store is gorgeous and each time you visit, there will be different items than the time before. Even things that are not necessarily your taste, are hard to resist, the way everything is displayed so beautifully.

The store was laid out beautifully. My husband and I were greeted immediately upon arrival. Lots of high end pieces and statement pieces. There were a couple of empty spots, because their inventory changes every week. Never heard of a furniture store doing that before. Very interesting. Keeps products fresh. The store's designer was on site and took over showing us around the shop and pointing out pieces in our budget that would make our space feel more expensive. Overall great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We visited the store for the second time last week and we fell in love the minute we walked in. We had being here about a year ago but weren't too impressed. This time around, the staff greeted us the minute we walked through the door. The staging was beautiful, with a home, cozy feeling throughout the whole place. They have a great selection of furniture as well as accessories. It was an amazing experience. We'll definitely be back.

I had put off buying new furniture for awhile mostly because I was worried I would make some bad decor decisions. I went to Right @ Home Furniture in Altamonte Springs on SR 436. They are right by all of the big box retailers but they have completely different inventory since it is independently owned. Christine and Rob really helped me out. I wanted something comfortable, fun but more transitional to modern. And they made it happen. I completely refurnished my TV room which is a huge space in our home. We increased seating, made it adult and child friendly, cozy but updated. I don't know why I waited so long to get new furniture. The prices were amazing and I even special ordered some of the items.

I visited this store last weekend for the first time and was pleasantly impressed!! I was greeted as soon as I entered the door (the ladies in there were so sweet!) For a luxury furniture and decor store, the prices were very reasonable and overall the experience was great! I will be coming back and purchasing from them again!
