Sad to see that when the owners changed hands this place went down hill 😢 NO pricing on line, people are complaining, etc. We used to go all the time with my whole family and our 3 dogs. We weren't even charged for them, they are our family! I hope this changes and the prices go back to being decent and being family oriented....good luck to you and feel free to reach out if you get back to being what I thought was TOP NOTCH!

This place far exceeded my expectation. For being beach front, you can find a better deal. Especially allowing any size dog for $50. The managers who live on site were SO friendly and accommodating and made my children and I feel safe and welcomed. It’s may not be up to date or super fancy, but the location and staff make it well worth not having the bells and whistles of a fancy room.

I have stayed here and went through two different owners over the course of probably four stays. they've always had children and pets and they've always been the best people. I am getting ready to book now. Probably with new owners again. Can't wait location perfect too

Right on the beach, studio room with queen bed, stove, large dorm fridge, 55 inch TV, and decent shower. This is not the Hilton, but you should know it is still nice. The pool was decent and never crowded, overall a great stay.

Location is perfect, rooms are good suze for 2, the rooms could use a more thorough cleaning upon turnover of guests, parking is off street. There's no office, remotely run by email or text but they always respond quickly and courteously.

We came from states away. Had a long drive and got there super early before check in. We didn't mind having to wait but they were sooooo generous and cleaned a room for us RIGHT AWAY. Now this isn't a fancy place by any means but I would stay here over one anyday. Their hospitality was incredible. The staff was always checking in to see if we needed anything, very kind, very considerate. Even helped us out with parking our truck.
I miss this place already.

Was looking for a place for my family to stay for 1 night and from the moment i walked in, Michelle greeted me with a smile and was SO helpful! She let me look at a couple of rooms which were very nice and spacious. Talia the Housekeeping Manager was also very friendly. She walked me through the rooms and answered all my questions. The rooms come with a kitchenette and there is a pool with an ocean view! Parking is right outside your door, which is nice. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service i received. I am very happy that i found this establishment. If you are in the Daytona Beach area, and want a nice clean room with friendly service and at a Very reasonable price, come stay here!!

I'm currently here now. The lady at the front is an asset to the hotel. She is very warm and welcoming and actually encouraged any feedback as to our stay here. The walls must be decent as I haven't anybody and nobody's complained of my fussy baby. The view is amazing and so close to the beach. Kitchenette has everything needed for a stay from cutlery to dish soap & scrubby. Is this the Hilton or some place grand? No. What it is is quaint, affordable, great service, great views and did I say affordable?? For the money you can't beat the price. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

This place was very surprising. Excellent location. Extremely reasonably priced. Clean. Smelled good. Bathroom up to date. Regular sized appliances. Rob & Jess were great. I would definitely stay again!

Very very friendly people. It’s family owned and run. They make you truly feel like you’re at your home away from home. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so so friendly and so accommodating. From now on when I come Daytona I will always stay here as long as the same people own this hotel. Absolutely wonderful.

I absolutely love this place. The folks running it are friendly and genuinely care about your experience as well as your stay. I am under the understanding they have just taken over the management and care of the hotel. They are doing a stellar job! I challenge you to stay in this hidden gem of old florida. I was here for 4 days. N as soon as possible, I am returning. I am disabled with a walker. Both Kim & her husband were very helpful w offering their help whenever I needed to get things from my car to my room. I'm very stubborn though & try to do things on my own. But I did take them up on their offer a few times.
This was my HEAVEN & PARADISE!! Guess me being there in the off season made it that much better. One morning, I went & sat out on the deck by the pool. It was 10am. I didn't head back to my room until like 4pm!!! The deck n pool was soothing & relaxing for me.
Now yes, this isn't no 5 star top class hotel. But if you are looking for an affordable getaway, like I've been needing,this is your place to go!! The kitchenettes are being slowly updated also. I loved my glass top stove!! I love being able to save even more money being able to make my own food. Like I said, I'll be returning ASAP once their Hurricane Matthew cleanup is finished. See you guys real soon!!!

Edit:: contrary to other reviews that almost scared me off, I never got any BEDBUGS, it was quiet as can be (and they were fully booked, at least in the front building by the beach where I was), & my room was clean!!

Very cozy! Me and my family enjoyed the stay here. Will be back soon again! The staff is super friendly and they make sure your accommodated and feel at home! Directly across from the beach just a convenient location to everything! Thanks Again!!

Great place to stay, right on the beach and super affordable! Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly(even loaned us their personal blow dryer when the one in our room was missing!) I've stayed with them twice and have been very happy both times westayed!

They hooked us up on 35 mins notice, good price, kind staff and, great location. Studio style rooms with kitchen and bath. As long as your not high maintenance and want room service with a dinner bell this is a great stay. Parkings tight so don't park like a d*ck.

Me and my friends just stayed here for a girls beach trip for the weekend. Staff and owner are amazing and friendly... Had a few minor problems with the room but we had very good vibs here. Just wish they had a hot tub and stairs to walk down and up to the beach part. Ill be back when we visit again.👍

I am so sad the prices are going up. Sarah was really kind and brought us extra blankets when the temperature dropped . It's an older place , but very clean and right on the beach . I hope they add handicap accommodations because those steps were rough for someone in my condition.

Love this place! Laid back atmosphere. Right on the beach with friendly staff. Nice kitchenette with everything needed when traveling with a family. Very pet friendly also. Got way more than my money's worth staying here. Will definitely be back

The folks are absolutely kind and helpful. Owner on site. It's an older hotel but we'll kept. The owners are a very personable and on site. Feel good about giving them my money. All night pool and a kitchen. So pleased. Will stay again. Grateful.

Stood here for Jeep beach weekend and we were right on the beach ! This place is amazing super comfortable and location is convenient. Also the management is amazing they gave us a great deal! Will definitely stay again !
