I don't usually leave reviews, but I need to in this case. I bought some furniture for my new house from Ethan Allen in Kennesaw. Michele was my design consultant and what a professional! From the very first meeting where she spent what seemd like hours helping me select fabrics and the right pieces that really look great in my house, to the final delivery. She would check in with me regularly with updates on the arrival of my new furniture, and always called after each delivery to ensure I was completely happy with my new items. Michele took the time to listen to me and get to understand my tastes, and didn't just try to upsell me at every turn. Just the opposite. I can't say enough about my experience with Michele and she now has a repeat customer for life!

This is really two reviews; one for our designer Joanna and the other for our delivery crew Tyrone and Caleb. We recently purchased a substantial amount of furniture and couldn’t be more pleased. Joanna helped us select styles and fabrics for two rooms including wood pieces, rugs and upholstered couches and chairs. She is highly knowledgeable about colors, styles and placement, personable and able to help selection in a way that helped us stay on budget and our taste. There was never a hassle with her ability to synthesize our taste and how it would fit in our home. She is wonderful.

Now for delivery. Tyrone and Caleb are completely professional, personable and courteous in every way. They helped with placement as well as moving out our current pieces. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

Finally, let me reiterate that every aspect of our purchase from front door to delivery has been exemplary. Every step of the process has been communicated to us and has gone off without a hitch. Did I mention that we LOVE our furniture too?😀. I hope if management reads this they recognize Joanna, Tyrone and Caleb. Not only are they great brand reps but they made our purchase fun. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thanks to them!

She is also an expert on style, length, soft or firm cushions, fabric or leather and soon you will be curling up on the sofa that is just right!

We are so very grateful to have Michele Gillespie as our designer. She is absolutely amazing and extremely talented! She listened to what we wanted for our family room, came to our home to see it and took measurements to make sure she planned according to scale. She then she got to work and created magic - designing exquisite rooms! Yes, rooms - what started as one, turned into 2 plus part of another. We were so pleased with what she did in the family room we decided to add the others for a complete cohesive look. They are beautiful and we are beyond thrilled. Michele is such a wonderful person and is such a pleasure to work with. She responds immediately to our phone calls and goes over and above in everything she does to make sure we are happy and informed. We are so fortunate to have met her, she is truly the best designer and person by far that we have ever worked with. Thank you so much, Michele for everything, you are the best! Debbie and Tom

We have just ordered a pair of British Tan leather recliners and a new custom British tan leather office chair through Kennesaw GA designer MG( Michelle Glassic). 5-6 week expected completion/delivery date. She is delightful, funny, feel like you're dealing with a neighbor or friend. Look forward to receiving the chairs to enhance our home. Thanks MG

Michele Gillespie worked with me to create a new den! What great professionalism she showed throughout the process! All the furniture I ordered came in a timely manner. On my first visit to Ethan Allen, I was greeted by Sumaya MAGHARIAF. As a matter of fact, she was the only person who greeted me as I browsed through the store. I am so glad that she did! She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She helped me with my furniture selections, color palette, and made sure everything was placed in the house as promised. I absolutely trust her judgement and design choices. She has been more than patient with me during this process and I am truly grateful. Sumaya has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my experience with Ethan Allen is top notch. Ethan Allen is very fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated staff member on their team. For me, she is more than a Design Consultant, she has become a trusted friend.

We needed to replace a sofa that we both found to be uncomfortable (purchased at another retailer). We also needed design advice. Michele Gillespie is wonderful. She took as much time as we needed, had terrific suggestions and listened to our thoughts and needs. Result? We love our new furniture and the design created by Michele. You're a gem Michele. We ordered the Merrick bedroom set with help from designer, Michelle Glassic (MG). She was such a pleasure to work with! We love the furniture. It is beautiful and so well made. It exceeded our expectations. The delivery men also did a great job. They were experienced and friendly, and went to great lengths to protect our wooden floors from scratching. We have found out the hard way, that not everyone does this. We have been very impressed with the quality and service from Ethan Allen, and will definitely buy more furniture from them!

Michele Gillespie made my experience effortless! Furniture shopping can be a bit overwhelming for some like myself but when you have great customer service and a knowledgeable designer it makes shopping more of a pleasure with their guidance. I loved seeing beautiful pieces and with my blueprint Michele put everything on the screen so I could see what it would look like in my home. Having decor brought to my home to see if items would fit was next level! Michele has also been a jewel keeping me updated on delivery schedules.

Great experience! Julie is the best designer, she incorporated my vintage pieces along with the new furniture and it works! I love it!

Michelle helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my new chairs and sofas. She is very talented, patient and kind, and took time to show me in a 3-D program how my new furniture would look in my space. She gave me great ideas on how to arrange everything, and I would definitely ask for her again when making any future purchases.

MG worked with us several times to help us design and pick out furniture for our new house. She came to our house and took measurements to ensure everything would fit and flow correctly. She was very patient with us as we slowly made our decisions and did not pressure us at all. When it came time to make the order she went over every detail with us again to confirm everything. We love all the furniture and fabrics she helped us pick out and can't wait to see it delivered! Overall we really enjoyed our experience with MG!

My experience with Michelle was excellent. She was professional and well equipped to help me make selections of fabric and sofa design. Her ability to use computer skills to measure room size and furniture size and placement made the process very easy. She was very kind and patient and demonstrated an understanding and appreciation for the difficulty of making a decision that would result in a perfect choice. She answered every question fully, made sure I understood the process of purchase and delivery such that I felt complete confidence in the transaction. Michelle Gillespie was a pleasure to work with at Ethan Allen. Home furnishings are investments. Michelle helped me stay within my budget and make a plan that used what I had complemented by several new pieces of furniture. Her expertise with color and texture impressed me, and together we had fun making my selections. We recently purchased a couch, two chairs, ottoman and rug from MG Glassic. She was amazing! She is sharp, talented and a joy to work with. The process was a lot of fun. We cannot say enough good things about the Kennesaw, Georgia, Ethan Allen. Everyone working there is so kind and helpful and our designer MG was phenomenal.

MG was beyond patient with us in our indecision and was always willing to listen and understand our needs for our spaces. MG goes above and beyond in her design. No detail is left unturned.

MG didn’t even blink when we told her we lived out in the boonies. She showed up and measured the rooms we were working on for furniture, and then a couple days later presented us with a breathtaking design display. The display featured fabric, woods, rugs, decor items, printouts of each room including pieces she suggested based on our feedback. MG outdid herself!

The white glove delivery and the gentlemen who made the delivery were amazing as well. MG made the long trek out to the boonies again on delivery day to make sure everything was perfect. Between the 3 of them nothing was even off an inch from where it was designed to be placed. They all have very discerning eyes and left the house looking like a page straight out of a catalog.

We would highly recommend the Kennesaw, Georgia, Ethan Allen as a wonderful place for high quality furniture. Delivery was a breeze and we didn’t have long waits for most of the furniture. And even the couple side tables that are a longer wait have moved up in their delivery times so we will be receiving those earlier than we originally anticipated ! Way to go Ethan Allen, MG, and crew!

We will most assuredly be purchasing from Ethan Allen again and using MG as our designer.

Ethan Allen is one of my happy places. After loving a sofa my husband and I purchased there for almost 25 years, it was time for something new. Design Consultant Michelle Gillespie helped me find the perfect sectional and didn't bat an eye when I fell in love with a scrumptious turquoise fabric for the upholstery. When she came out to measure, Michelle was kind enough to consult with me about several other decorating ideas, and took honest pleasure in MY pleasure with how the sofa turned out. I would never hesitate to trust Michelle and Ethan Allen to help my dreams come true.
