After renting from another property management company since Macaw, I have found that they are all the same. They are just middle men. They have to wait for the actual owner to okay anything, and lots of times an absentee landlord can't see the actual problems and are not willing to just hand out money for repairs.
Take my advice: when you rent, rent directly from an owner. I have certainly learned my lesson from experience.

Renters beware of this company!! They are shady and untruthful ! Promised to fix many things and never did. Also charged me for things that were not my issue I won't say names but the man of the two made numerous inappropriate comments to my wife and to me about my wife. Don't expect to get a deposit back either they will make false charges to keep as much as they can. All and all rent at your own risk. I feel sorry for the people that trust them to manage their houses..

Horrible to rent a house from had pay for all repairs and maintenance as if I owned it. Got no credit for doing the landscaping such as mulch and plants. Instead, got a bill instead of the deposit. If you rent from the live out the last month of rent and forgo deposit they search for reasons to not pay you.
