Best Italian I've had in a long time! At the table we had Manicotti with Veal Parmigiano, Shrimp Scampi, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Big ricotta fan, so the Manicotti was amazing - I cut the veal with a spoon! Tender and delicious! Shrimp Scampi had the right mix of garlic and olive oil - Great flavor! And the Alfredo was Rich and cheesy. I definitely recommend & hope I have the chance to come back to Daytona and eat there again! Oh! And Great, Friendly service!!!

The service was the best I think ever. I couldn't believe how sweet our waitress was. The food took a little time to get there but it was definitely worth the wait it was delicious! I got the spaghetti with artichoke hearts and dry tomatoes in an oil and white wine sauce. My son had the neapolitan pizza which I stole a piece and it was delicious 😋

We've been to genovese's Italian Cafe a number of times now and it is certainly a standby here in Daytona Beach shores and Port Orange. Their food is consistently good with amazing service and just a great place to go for a good Italian dinner.

Absolutely the best Baked Penne I have ever had. Service was exceptional-we arrived 20 mins before they closed and the whole experience was excellent! We will be back!

My wife and I ate dinner here on 9/12/2022. We enjoyed everything and felt like it was a very good value. We had the bruschetta, a nice and fresh house salad, pizza, baked ziti, plus a cannoli and tiramisu for dessert. Oh…and the house bread was soft and delicious! We had plenty of leftovers for the two of us to have another meal, which increases the value proposition even more. Our server was attentive and friendly. We’d certainly go back again!

I'm usually very picky about Italian restaurants. I am married to an Italian and her family has set the bar pretty high. But everything was really good here. Their sauce is authentic and fresh with lots of garlic. The mussels in red sauce were fresh and delicious. Service was a little slow but friendly.

A friendly and clean restaurant with highly carbonated cold sodas! The food here is something you will not forget! I leave 4 stars on the food not for the flavor but for the excessive amount of red sauce on my chicken parmigiana and the spaghetti noodles were so so.. Also I don’t ever eat salads but here I could eat salads all day long! They have the best flavor I’ve ever had!

We were looking at eating Italian tonight and we decided to head here for dinner.
Food was great. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and hubby had the Lobster Ravioli with Alfredo sauce. Both were served with a choice of soup or salad and bread. There was more than enough food for me to have a second meal!
Pasta was done al dente as it should be, and the garlic bread with cheese was absolutely delicious, light, fluffy crusty real bread!
Food service was a little slow, but they were SLAMMED and our server, Kathy, was both funny and took good care of us. They did warn us before seating us that pizzas were taking about 45 min so we did know what to expect.
We will be back for sure when we're over this way!

Rather solid attempt to provide New York style pizza in a beach town. The spinach salad was a fresh and had very excellent spinach. Nice atmosphere for dine in, but little options for outdoor seating. This restaurant is clean with attentive service.
They have great options for take out as well.

Great food, friendly and competent staff. We had penne with chicken parmesean and manicotti with sausage, both the best Italian food we've had in a long time. We will be back.

Kerry took care of my wife and I for three days at lunch. The salads are huge for the money and the pizza is very good.

The Lobster Ravioli is absolutely amazing! We eat there once every trip to Daytona Beach and I get the same thing every time. The Alfredo sauce is the best I’ve ever had and it has huge pieces of lobster inside the shells. Great atmosphere! Not the typical ocean restaurant but it’s amazing!

Excellent service, quality food, great price - we will be back! Supporting local is important!

Amazing, genuine NY style pizzeria. They make everything from scratch with quality ingredients. You'll feel like you just got off the subway.

I love their pizza! The crust is my favorite part of the pizza. I have dined-in and I have ordered delivery many times and I have nothing but positive reviews for this place! Best cheese pizza in town!!

Very cozy place also service was excellent food was really really good lasagna delicious full of cheese and meat and the sauce was very authentic however the pizza sauce was a bit salty I imagine that was because of the different meats that were on the pizza Would I visit this Genovese"s again? yes, can't wait to try the spaghetti with crab meat

My friend and I enjoyed a large pizza while in town for the Rolex 24.
The place was packed, so we decided to do a carryout and eat it in the condo.

All the food we got was super delicious. Tiramasu was outstanding. Service - our waitress was on it. The resturant could use updating. I would 100% go back. My chicken parmesan was cooked perfect. I got it with their cheese raviolis and those were cooked perfect too.

Loved it! Best delivery ever. REAL tomato basil mozzarella, hearty pizza, delicious delicate garlic bread. Antipasto was excellent with a tasty house made dressing. Highly recommended.

Said an hour for delivery and arrived in 20mins both times. Excellent speed.
Don't order pizza anywhere else. If you're at a hotel and want a pizza night, this is the place to get from.

We found this restaurant on our first visit to Daytona and we're now regulars when we're in town. The food is awesome and our server Kathy treats us like family. We're told that the menu has been in effect for the last 42 years so they must be doing something right. Give them a try and you'll love it!
