Starbucks

This is my local Starbucks and I frequent it every week. Not once have I ever been disappointed by the service or food and drinks. Everything is always exactly as I order it and there is always a kind, smiling face at the window or counter. (Big shoutout to Paula - who adds a little cheer to my morning every time). XO

I came here last night on a whim. My husband and I were going to walk the bridge and I decided to grab a coffee. We were the only ones in the drive thru and I ordered a coffee. The girl was so nice and helpful. When we pulled up to the window, I was on the phone looking up Casual Bird's menu (across the street) and I got caught up on my phone and didn't acknowledge the poor girl attending us who was so nice. Only once we pulled away did I realize I did not acknowledge her existence and I feel so bad!!! And the coffee was spot-on great! I give myself one star for being an inconsiderate customer. Will do better next time 😔

I had troubles with the mobile order app, as it charged me but the order didn’t go through. I had asked the cashier if it was possible to still make the drink for me, and he did which was very sweet of him. I forgot his name but he was a brunette with facial hair.
I had a bit of an issue with the drink and the barista even remade it for me. I remember she had very cute pins and a really cute name tag with Draculaura on it. Both of them were very very polite and I just wanted to shout them out for being so nice. I almost always have a nice experience here, and I’ve seen both of these employees before and they’re very very nice.

Great service and we tried the toasted vanilla oat milk latte.

Ordered delivery! Coffee was delicious and to my surprise found a sweet note. Thank you for making my day :)

Our order was accurate and fast. A friendly staff as well. We'll definitely come back to this location.

Bathrooms were out of paper, but was immediately taken care of.

This Starbucks is always the best. Everyone is so kind and works really hard. I absolutely love this location. I have never had an even slight issue with anything here

Never usually give the tip the time but they were super friendly and had positive attitude definitely a great to jump-start the morning!

Made our drinks quickly & correctly. I had several gift cards with small amounts, the cashier used each one and even offered to use my stars for one of the drinks. Very friendly & patient.

White chocolate mocha, raspberry lemonade for my teenager, and a cake pop for the little one. 😋 we LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks ❤

A little disappointed that they are out of peach flavor otherwise they are good. I was a little surprised they didn't know what a Carmel Apple Spice was considering it was a Fall Promotion for years before they switched to a year round drink.

Great experience here as always. This location seems to always be busy. Expect a wait here. But every order has been consistent and worth getting here. Thank you for the hard working employees here.

I just wanna thank a person named Kendall they were fast on service and made it a really nice experience cause I was there a while waiting on my friend to show up to study for an exam the next day but they never showed so while I was there Kendall was the cashier also made my two coffees and tea with a wrap, and to put it together it was a great first time at Starbucks.

Used drive-in. There were 11 cars in front of me and the wait was less than 10 min. Efficient and quite friendly. Tip them well!

This starbucks is unbearable. They go over and beyond. And Jazzy in the drive thru always blows me away with her great attitude and her memory of my customized order. Today I forgot to mention my changes but she knew me and remembered for me. I don't know how much she gets paid but you might want to pay her more! She is amazing and Alana on the inside her level of multitasking is on a different level. These employees make your store the best! Hope you take good care of them!

The crew is very nice. Store is pretty clean. Quick service. Products are made with care. High traffick between 6am and Noon. I highly recommend this location. Due to covid-19 you MUST wear a mask here but they will provide you with one if you forget yours. There isn't any available indoor seating yet but outdoor is allowed.

Got a creme brulee latte made with almond milk. It tasted wonderful! The boy who took my order was very pleasant and nice. It was happy hour so I got to get a free peppermint hot mocha for my friend. Hung out and chatted. Very nice atmosphere😁👍🏼💕
