The Furniture Gallery is a great place with a wide variety of living, dining and bedroom furnishings.
We had been searching for a chair recliner for some time. Not only did they have a large variety of styles but we were impressed with the quality of the products.
The customer service was impeccable, Wanda Delgado did a great job helping us find what we wanted. FYI - Go during the week days if possible the weekends gets crazy crowded.

Good selection. Nice personal. Reasonable prices

The selection was great, prices were surprisingly affordable and the staff was friendly, but not aggressive. We worked with Vince and he was extremely helpful. Delivery was fast and the delivery team were professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

A nice selection with sales people that don't attack you like a used car salesman. I was shocked. I made some purchase and survived to tell the story.

Liked the choices here. They had a better selection then some of the other stores. We found a sectional that we liked. I liked the quality of the furniture. Seemed very solid and the color choices were nice. Prices were a little higher then some places but I refer back to quality. I felt if I bought something here it would last for years to come.

The customer service in store is excellent. James was so helpful and patient with us trying out couches. Then when we got home we realized we chose the wrong color for our layout and Ricardo took care of swapping the color for us all over the phone. We don’t have our furniture yet but looking forward to delivery and will definitely return to this store when we are in need of furniture/rugs in the future.

Beautiful furniture and artwork. I purchased a bedroom set and mattress, and I am loving it.

I bought a dining room table and cocktail table from this store and had some minor issues. The customer service was outstanding and the team members there were consummate professionals in every sense of the word. The management and team members went out of their way and did everything within their power to make things right and to ensure that I was satisfied with the furniture I purchased. They have made a customer for life!

David Leto was truly one of the BEST sales people we have worked with! He went out of his way to get everything we needed and scheduled the delivery for as soon as possible! David said if the price went lower, he would follow up and refund us the difference and he did just that!! We are VERY HAPPY with our purchase at Macy's Furniture Gallery!

Great quality options and nice staff! We ordered furniture for different rooms and they helped with the ordering and organizing delivery on our day of choice. Everything was delivered and assembled in a timely manner. Love Macys!

Lots of good items in the store

There are not enough nice things that I can say about this place. Debra was SO helpful and a pleasure to work with. My fiance and I went to pretty much every furniture store In the winter garden, ocoee, and clermont areas with no luck. Macys furniture was not only very high quality but also affordable. The protection plan is incredible. If you are looking for a unique color of furniture check this place out and look at the Johnathan Louis Collection-- there are what felt like at least 75 different fabric choices

Wanda has sold me 2 great pieces. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is also very beautifully laid out. Such a pleasure every time I go in.

Always find the best deals here. Staff is great and never feel pushed by a salesperson, unlike many other furniture stores around. Will be back. :-)

We love our new living room furniture! They were happy to help us, and even showed us upholstery options that could be custom ordered outside the options available with our set.

Bought a recliner chair from Judy. Should receive it in about 10 days. Very nice selection here. Would definitely be back.

I ordered a couch and love seat and thay kept changing the delivery date three time's so I canceled the order. Very frustrating experience.
