Newmark Knight Frank

Myself as well as 2 other people in my office have tried to get in contact with either of the 2 names on a sign they have as a listing. Over the last 2 months we have left over 20 messages for Eva Horton or Jacob Minkley yet no one has called us back. Also, their message system is horrible, the recording gives the options of either spelling the name or pressing 0 for assistance. No matter what name you spell it says, "doesn't recognize" and pressing 0 just takes you to another recording in a general mailbox, which apparently no one cares enough about doing their job to actually return a phone call. News flash Newmark Knight Frank....you're in the real estate business, which means you have to interact with potential clients in order to sell/lease properties in order for you to make money.
