Great Selection and friendly staff!
I found my obsession.

This is definitely 💯 1 of my favorite place to shop. As you can see they offer quality clothing at an affordable price. I don't care to search so I always go when I'm having a good day. The customer service has been great and I haven't had any problems with the store in Lake Charles LA..strongly recommend shopping there.

This was my first time shopping at Marshall's. Just never went in there. My fiance received a gift card from there for Christmas so we decided to go check it out. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The store was really nice clean and organized to my surprise. There a is a huge variety of items from shoes to clothing to purses choose from. There is a lot of name brand items such as Michael Kors, Nike, Polo, Adidas , Pumas and the list can go on and on. I was a little shocked to see Michael Kors Purses for sale. They're was even a houseware section which was absolutely beautiful which offered a large variety of items to choose from. They're was Lots of patio sets for the summer, pillows dishes and The list goes on and on. The staff was very friendly and Courteous and always willing to help, assist and make suggestions. There's a hair care section which offered lots of name brand products to choose from for all people. The store was pretty packed with lots and lots of eager shoppers all looking for a bargain. This was a excellent shopping experience for me and I will definitely be back to rack up on some great bargains.

Went in to exchange a hair dryer I bought in Pearland because a piece of it was missing from the box.. they did not have this same hair dryer and not any that I wanted to exchange it for they pretty much only had Revlon and you can get that brand at Walmart... I was wanting the same one or one similar to a Dyson one. So didn't change or return the one that is missing a part then I ended up buying more things I probably didn't need. The store was stocked pretty well from the last time I was there. It was really really busy too, the checkout line was all around the front and down the middle isle. They had I believe 5 or 6 checkers this time so it went pretty fast.

I enjoy Marshalls. It's clean. There's a good selection, & the staff is helpful & kind. There's always something new to see & the quality of merchandise is superb.

Awesome shopping experience at this location! I had really began to think that Louisiana was falsely deemed hospitable as southern hospitality is so rarely experienced by me, for one. This location held up the southern hospitality end today above and beyond. I wasn't even asking an associate for a tape measure but she heard me from 2 aisles over and called me over to show me where they were. Wow that was awesome. The manager was so kind and helpful from the time we walked until we walked out with him carrying 2 of the stools we purchased. The greeter was so friendly and patient, for sure, when a lost child walked up to her and asked for his mother. She found the mother and offered to help her get a cart for her items and help with her stuff. This store has it together and would definitely get a golden star for hospitality and cleanliness if I was the one awarding it. I haven't seen a store in this chain so tidy in years. Aisles were clear, no tripping hazards on the floor, items were neatly on shelves, thing were just in order, period. Awesome job Marshall's LC thank you for a wonderful experience today!

I’ve been to Marshall’s all over the United States and this Marshall’s is by far the best I have ever been to. The manager greets customers at the door and the checkout cashiers are the mist courteous I’ve ever seen. May be a small store but it left a big impact and I will for sure be back!

I hadn't been to Marshalls yet. And my sister brought us there for curtains..
We stayed in this store for almost 2 hours..
I was amazed at the prices beIN better than Wally World..
Needless to say..

I am new to this shop and I'm beyond happy that I've found it! I couldn't get over the prices, product, selection and name brands this store has available to its customers. It's always clean and full of goodies to find. You have to take the time to look and dig and my advice to you is, if you see something you like GET IT DO NOT WAIT! This store changes daily and from my personal experience it won't be there when you go back in a few days to a week. The lines at checkout move really well and the staff are always smiling and helpful. I can't wait to go back!

Marshalls is a great place to find cool deals and fun items. I'd always come here when looking for gifts, there are a lot of one of a kind pieces at great prices. The beauty department is fun and you can get cool new items for awesome prices, if you see something you want get it because it may not be there the next time.

Very clean store. The manager on the floor was very pleasant. He had a bright smile and welcomed us and offered any help he could give. Thank you!

We can find out good stuff for less price.

My shopping and checkout experience was nothing short of amazing! I got the wrong picture frame and Hanane (the cashier) was very helpful with my exchange. She had a positive and welcoming attitude. I will be returning.

Found what I wanted and picked up a few things I really liked. The store workers were very nice and polite !

Fun to find bargains, or just look through the whole store. Check out lines are too long though, please hire more checkers. I can't stand that long so a lot of times I don't actually make the purchase putting back items, which is a buzz kill, no fun...

Really good selection and prices on all kinds of things including clothes, kitchen decor and gadgets, bed and bath stuff, pet supplies, and gifts, to name a few. I love this store. :)
