Everything is fine when shopping at Target. But do not reply to the Target surveys. They keep asking for even more information after you replied.

I purchased multiple storage containers along with a few kitchen items that were higher priced. Accidentally, the cashier rung up a higher priced item multiple times instead of the storage containers.
I was prepared for it to be a difficult return since I only had one of the higher priced item in my cart that had been rung up three times.
The salesclerk doing the return was polite, courteous, made good eye contact, and actively listened to what I had to say. He actually understood the confusing situation.
It was a hassle-free experience. He was very sincere in making sure my account was credited back fully for the overcharged items. He also took time to explain how the Target app kept record of all my transactions with the store for future reference.

Cause I had an overall a good experience. The skincare can use some tidying up. But other than that we had a great experience. Workers were very friendly and super helpful. Check out was pretty quick! Found everything we went for.

Store is usually clean and with the Target Card/Circle program you can really save some money if you know how to shop. Customer service is great too. One time that stands out to me is when I purchased a wireless headset and I found it slightly cheaper at another store. The lady at customer service did even better and found it cheaper at Best Buy. So instead of saving $10 she price matched it for BB and saved me $50. She did not have to do that and could have just rang me through but instead she took the time to go above and beyond of what she was required to do.

This is my go to quick trip store. They’ve been doing some remodeling and making improvements to the store so I’m excited to see how it turns out. Their restrooms are always clean. They also have plenty of cashiers and registers open too unlike WalMart. Only complaint I have is that it’s not a Super Target lol.

good shopping experience. looked around a little as i am looking for the particular item i came in for. i never could find the item i was looking for. i asked an employee and he was courteous and sincerely helped me. he found the item in the back and i bought it. i used self check out, which was efficient. i recommend.

Had very friendly and helpful staff. The staff went out of their way to help me with any questions. Also was very organized and displayed their stock well. They also had pretty good deals.

Love the family bathroom!! Super-cute clothes for all ages. Was a bit disappointed that all of the Halloween costumes were almost gone tho. 2wks till, & just a few left on the shelf. Had to resort to that other place-GgrrMart-to get this years costing for the kiddo.
Other than that, it was great. Plenty of registers were open-(unlike GgrrMart). We bought several movies too since they were on sale & 5$too.

I wish they would do a thing like Amazon Prime. I'd by more stuff from them too.

The ordering process was very easy, and the pick up of the item, was even easier than that.
I've done online ordering with store pick up at other stores, and Target's process has been the most satisfying thus far.
