McDonald's

Well it's McDonald's so you get McDonald's. So if you like them you'll love this one.
They do a good job cooking the food and they hardly ever get my order wrong.
On the occasion it happens they always happily solve it and the manager is customer oriented. Thank you for that sir.

Its great really. I've only ever had a very few bad experiences. Some employees have a bad day and may treat others poorly but I see them there for maybe two weeks and then they are never back at the store. Don't judge based off of one experience. Now if it's a repeating experience, voice it to the restaurant. But this is my favorite McDonald's in LC

The service was absolutely phenomenal. You can either place your order at the kiosk or with the cashier. If you're coming in, they will give you a number to place on your table and bring you your food and napkins to the table. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

This McDonalds actually got my order right the first time!!! I have so much trouble with the ones on Nelson Road and Ryan Street. The worst out of those 2, hands down is Nelson Road. A few weeks back my hamburger patty was half cooked. Actually, both of the burgers we ordered were. This photo is from the Nelson Road location, not Prien Lake!!

Very clean. Staff was working VERY hard, but they were still very friendly. General manager went above and beyond to help us out… even though she was incredibly busy. (Literally running to help her employees.) The atmosphere was positive. You could hear the encouraging words and pleasant banter the entire staff had. They were very communicative with each other. It was very smooth.

I visit a lot of McDonald's in Lake Charles. And this one is my favorite to come to. Because they're always cheerful when they bring me my food

Had a messed up order when we came a few weeks ago. They immediately offered two free meals to replace them. Went in today to get the free meals and they were busy, but so nice about it and took care of it right then. They're certainly doing their best and it shows with this kind of service. Will come here more often.

Service was excellent and food was great

I don't know who the crew was tonight (October 14th 2018, 7pm) but they were so very nice. Everyone smiling and the store looks fabulous. I recommend this store for real friendly and fast service with a smile. The cashier took my order, and I paid for it, then another lady was coming with my order while the cashier, my wife and I were talking about how good the store looks.

You sometimes have to wait a while. But everything is perfect and not messed up. And the employees all seem to get along

Definetly stop at Iowa, La. Exit on I-10 East or West bound.
McDonalds is clean and the employees are friendly and competent!!
If by chance your order is incorrect, bring it inside if your in drive thru and they'll gladly correct it.
Our local teenagers work there, also. They're really eager to work , are very polite and working with the public very well.
The bathrooms, lobby, and tables are clean.

My wife and I ate breakfast here while waiting for the bicycle shop nearby to open. Service was exceptional! We even had a server who gladly checked on use and would get condiments as we needed them. Staff was friendly.

Got my food fairly quick given it was a lunch rush and everyone was nice

The hostess was incredibly rude and frankly was dressed like a common beggar, but i thought the potato sticks were scrumptious and exactly what I look for in plastic dollhouse foods. I found the spaghetti to be lacking so I decided to bring my own from home. Didn't end up trying the chicken burger, but I'll definitely be heading back for more amorphous chicken hunks! Also need to talk to manager about bleeding canola oil and blood in stool. Not sure if they are related to dining experience, but it definitely never happened before i ate the fried chicken face! Will edit when I have more info.

Edit: LOVED the chicken hunks shaped like human hands!!

Best drive thru

The team at this McDonald's is the best I've experienced in the Denham Springs area. They are fast, efficient and super friendly.

This was by far the cleanest and most efficient McDonald's I've been to in a while!! The staff greeted us immediately. They were prompt, quick and the food fresh! The beat burger I've had from a McDonald's in a while.
