Lacey/Lacie? Was so kind and positive despite being understaffed today! She did an amazing job handling everything! Good job keep it up!!!!

Waited a pretty long time due to an issue inside the location. Management were super polite in explaining the situation to me and fully refunded my meal while also giving me my food. Lacey was very kind and the food was still great.

We went through the drive thru and they are so short-staffed. I simply asked the clerk to read my orders back to me so I could make sure it was right and the manager boisterously talked over her and quite rudely told me my order so I thought in my head "not today baby" and my face must have showed what I was thinking and feeling bc I kind of sat there a minute like "no she didn't" and the other lady opened the window and said "I'm sorry I just came back today, we are so short staffed, we only have 3 workers here to 3 managers" ok, I'm sorry you're short staffed and I'm sorry Ibasked for my order to be read back to me when I saw you putting 3 very wrong things on the counter, but other than attirude the food was decent and right

My fav place to go when I’m in a rush. Fast and friendly service. Order is always correct, hot and fresh. Thanks Krystal’s crew!

Love us some krystal's it is a mandatory stop any time we are driving south. My hubby demands a 24 pack burgers with cheese for the ride.

I went to pick up lunch today for my husband and it took a bit longer then normal, no biggy I'm a patient person. The manager came out to give me my order, when I told her what I had ordered she told me that the girl at the window was new and didn't ring up a side I had originally ordered. She wanted to make the order right and get me the missing side. I told her that was fine no big deal since I didn't pay for it I wasn't worried about it (it was only a dollar anyways even if I had paid for it). When she came back out 5 mins later she was apologizing for the mess up and additional delay, but unfortunately it was not done even then. Instead she gave me 2 apple pies in the place of the donut holes. Honestly I felt so bad for her. She was so nice and friendly. I can only imagine the stress she goes through with there being more jobs then employees right now. Just a reminder to be kind to the people that are out working while so many are not.

Drive through was pretty fast. Food was good and hot. We did the pick 5... everything was good. Great place we eat when you want a little snack. The burgers and chicken sammies are so cute... and taste better than White Castle!!! I'd pick Krystal over White Castle any day!!!

I’ve been to some fast food places lately that have been deplorable. People seem less than thankful to have a job these days and would rather have a government hand-out versus earning a paycheck. The lady that was working at THIS Krystal was a cut above though. I don’t know her name. She was a younger (than me anyway) black girl with the top portion of her hair dyed red. She was very courteous. She told me, at first, that they were out of bacon for the Krystals. But I think it goes to show that a little kindness can go a long way. I tried to be nice to her… I mean, why not? I try to be nice to anyone that’ll let me. She was nice in return. I asked her how her Christmas was and she said she got to speak with her son on the phone. I think she was then only one working that night. When she brought my order out, she told me she was able to find some bacon in the back freezer and use that to make my order the way I’d originally asked for. She didn’t have to go that extra step… but she did. That’s the sign of a quality employee that really ought to be considered for a management and/or training position within the company. That experience alone will keep me coming back and I hope I get the pleasure of having her greet me at the window during future visits.

Difficulty getting in and out due to location. I had to wait about 13 minutes for my 20 Krystal burgers but they were worth it. Buns were fresh and the burgers tasted great to me and my family. Staff were friendly. I seldom go into Georgia but when I do, I look for the closest Krystals I can find. Good job folks, keep up the good work.

I have to say that Ms.Brooks was absolutely wonderful this morning for breakfast! She had a wonderful smile and a pleasant attitude. I would recommend stopping here for breakfast any day. Thank you Ms. Brooks for a great start!

I just wanna say that on this day this store was absolutely slammed. I overheard that a lot of people had called out and most of the staff this day was new. Darius took our order and was doing an exceptional job handling a very stressful situation. The manager was also working her butt off in the back. They were both taking orders, making food, and running the drive through. In all of this craziness several incredibly disrespectful people were in the store being extremely rude to these poor people who were working their hardest to get through a rush with a new staff. People sometimes do not understand that in those times of stress the thing you need most is kindness instead of disrespect. If you all ever do see this I hope you know I understand what it’s like. It took everything in me to not scream at that woman. And I think we all know who I’m talking about. I wish we could’ve broken that fifty cause we would’ve tip your whole staff for working so hard and keeping a smile on your face even with all of those rude people raising their voices at you. Lots of Krystal burgers have shut down and prior to that had gotten extremely slow and served soggy, sloppy food. This Krystal still makes great burgers just like the old days and provide noticeably faster service.

Came thru the drive thru @10:12pm Wednesday May 29th, smiling faces & food was hot & fresh! NO complaints! Keep up GOOD WORK!! 💯😘 It's hard to come by a fast food place & get that these days! Y'all got my vote! Yes I had to wait 5 min (if that) but I order 20wings & Krystal burgers!

The Drive Thrue people where nice, the burgers with via fry’s where so good and their dining was open and I brought my mom with me and she loved it. :D

This store is my favorite. They have a super friendly staff and the food is usually decent. It always gives nee me gas, but it's krystals. The bench mark for all krystals restaurant is the chili. This one is better than average.

Always good service at this branch. I have never had issues with the food and I love the chili cheese pups!

Had a great experience here. Really enjoyed our first Krystal's since 2009! Wish you guys had restaurants closer to Chicago.

A good Krystals can be hard to find. NO- soggy over steamed buns, or watery eggs! Everything is great! Service is always great 👍

Gotta love them chicken Krystals service here is quick and delivered with a smile Every time. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant fast food restaurant with great friendly service each time you go not just once.
