This bank has helpful people working there, but it's impossible to reach anyone by phone if you wish to clarify something before going in for assistance. If you call the local number, there is an option on the menu to speak with someone at the bank, but I seem to strike out 100% of the times I try. I've been needing to have a question answered for over a week and can't ever get anyone to answer at the local bank. Even though I like the people who assist me when I go there, it's a frustration to have to go in person every single time when you just have a simple question that could be answered over the phone. That used to be possible, but not anymore. :(

Worst BOA location. Manager Nicolette Sheley will cuss you when she makes a mistake and you correct her. Canceled my account because of her.

Very rude staff. Absolutely no help when trying to get your own money out of your own account. I locked my debit card, but cannot get it unlocked. Was told on the phone to go into the branch, when I got to the bank was told I have to call the 800 number. I have been attempting for over 5 hours just to access my own money.

A. They would not answer the phone when I called. B. The website only would let me have an appointment for a week and a half from when I called. C. I could not apply for a credit card online even though I already have an account there. D. They denied my current credit card account AND my daughter’s credit account because “we haven’t used them lately “ Not the best customer service in my opinion.
