Very friendly staff. Thorough and knowledgeable.Everything ran on time. Dentist very friendly and also explained her recommendations well. Reasonable pricing. Look forward to my teeth being fixed. Will update my review then.
Update:
After two crowns, one crown reset, one filling and a thorough cleaning I can still say I am a big fan of this practice. The crowns have been very well fitted and completed in a reasonable amount of time, the discomfort was minimal- nothing more than would be expected. The visits were efficient without much wait after arrival. The technicians were top notch and I feel this is important because they play a big part in the care. The dentist was thorough and answered all of my questions. Some may feel it runs a bit like an assembly line but since I’m in healthcare I understand the benefit of this approach. Communication in the office was good and when there was any kind of a minor glitch they handled it promptly. Everything was done according to my original treatment plan with no financial surprises along the way. I would highly recommend this practice.

Amazing experience, the staff was friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood what was happening, and they answered all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit to the dentist. I Highly recommend them!

I came to aspen Dental with a dental emergency, I have no insurance and was unsure if i could afford the treatment. Tiffany saved my life! I was in tears and super overwhelmed. Her energy was very calming and she was able to get me scheduled within my financial budget. I highly recommend Aspen

Absolutely fantastic. From the initial phone call to confirm my appointment, to the last So-Long see you again, as I walked out of the office. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

The folks at my Aspen Dental office were ALL they could be! I felt comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Everything was explained. Everyone stayed in their lane. It resulted in the kind of efficiency by the team that said "we gotcha". I don't care much for dental offices. Gotta throw that out with the trash ~ I'm excited about my next appt! BOL!!

Everything from start to finish went so smoothly. Dr Johnson and Stacy were both beyond helpful and professional. If you want a place to feel comfortable for uncomfortable procedures, this is where to go. I am extremely glad I found them.

I wasn’t happy about my smile but the ladies there know how to make you feel like yourself again just by talking I came out all happy and I didn’t even get my teeth fixed yet but I will be making this my dentist just because of how loved you feel when you go in and they go over everything & make sure you understand everything

Got ina md out fast. Had a chipped tooth repaired 2 month prior. It broke again. Got in quickly and they fixed it. They didn’t charge me for it. I was surprised at that. Great staff, friendly and a relaxed environment.

Aspen's Rincon location has a friendly, professional staff. I've never had a significant wait for service. Highly recommended.

DR. CREESE IS A GODSEND!

My fiance had been suffering with a back Moller for over a week. Call every urgent care dentist...no answer. Called Aspen Dental. Talk to Heidi. Front end Customer service receptionist. Nothing available.
She actively listen to my cry for help. Called back..we have a cxled appt. We were in and we experience deep concern. Everyone sooo helpful. Friendly n kind. AWESOME TREATMENT. TY Heidi..for listen and for extending a sincere desire to help. Amazing. The Staff is the best..ever.and we go in for the extraction today. Yahoo

Went in as an emergency with exposed nerve and was seen right away. Dr was very thorough and went over everything. Even different options..which was nice considering no insurance..highly recommend

I never write reviews of places, things, etc. unless it was absolutely blow your mind good (or bad). Dr. Creech was AMAZING. I have a long-standing intensive fear of dentists (not helped by the poor dentists I have seen in the past).

I told Dr. Creech I was anxious about coming to begin with since I hadn't seen a dentist in almost 6 years. She gave me a whole speech about how she's here to help, not judge, and that we can't control where we come from, but we can control where we go from here and that she was glad I took the first step of just coming to the office. She was direct and to the point (which I love) and answered all the questions I had clearly and clarified the dental jargon for me. She's the first dentist I've ever seen that made me feel like she understood I was trying my best and just wanted to help.

The office staff was super nice and answered all my questions to get my treatment plan together (cause with 6 years plus erratic dental care before that, we had some catch up to do) in a way that was manageable and flexible for me.

I live in Statesboro, but will HAPPILY drive the hour to the Rincon office for Dr. Creech for as long as she practices there.

Also, for all my LGBT+ folks out there in similar boats--I'm clearly LGBT+ and they were super chill, respectful, and polite. I was a little nervous because, well--it's Rincon, but they were lovely.

Also also all the staff seem to like each other and the office dynamic seemed like a good one. This is something I take into consideration when choosing practitioners for anything medical related because an unhappy employee dynamic is going to negatively impact patient care, but they laughed with each other, picked up Starbucks for each other, and seemed to interact well as a team. And that's what I want to see. :) 10/10

These are the nicest, most efficient and organized folks around. They know their stuff, have an efficient process, and most of all are genuinely NICE people.

Great customer service, got me In the same day. Dentist was great, explained in detail everything about what I will need. Financing was easy and straightforward.

Absolutely satisfied with my experience! All the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. The ladies at Aspen Dental made me more comfortable than I have ever been with any office over ever been to! Thank yall so much and I’m so excited to start this journey with yall!

I've put off going to the dentist for months, even with pain and a broken tooth bc of my fear of dentist, They were very understanding of this with patients and explained everything step by step, The Dr was very thorough and gentle and talked to me through it all, I highly recommend them to anyone with a fear of dentist 💯
